Apartment in the historical center, next to the most emblematic street of the city of Porto: Flores street. A few meters away from the São Bento station, Clérigos Tower, important historical monuments and varied points of traditional commerce and services. Have the perfect stay in the heart of the city and enjoy what the city has to offer, by foot. The centrality of the studio invites to pleasant walks, making your experience more comfortable.

The apartment has a small balcony with panoramic city view, a bedroom with double bed and cabinets, living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, kitchenette equipped with all the necessary kitchenware for your stay and bathroom with all necessary amenities. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with NO ELEVATOR. There are two air conditioning units in the apartment (which keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer).
For your convenience you can request breakfast directly with our partners and start your day at home in the best way. If you're interested ask us which menus we have BEFORE your check-in. We have a crib, cutlery, baby bath and chair, babybath, available on demand - if you need any of these items, please let us know BEFORE the day of check-in.

All checkins after midnight are subject to an extra charge of € 20 paid in cash and at checkin.

After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.

Depending on the situation, the locksmith cost is between 40 / 150 Eur.

If you want to use the sofa bed available in the apartment or if you need a cot (or cutlery, chair and baby bath, babybath) you will need to let us know in time, at least one day before your arrival.

Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all facilities available.
