Fabulous new apartment in a recently renovated building, located right by the Clérigos Tower and the view point of Vitória, right in the heart of the downtown area. The historical Rua de Sao Bento da Vitoria!

The Space:
Beautiful duplex apartment, with living/dining room, kitchen, full bathroom and a balcony with great views, located in the best place in Porto!!

Entering the flat, there is the bathroom, kitchen and then the living room where we have a sofa bed and a table where meals can be served. In the kitchen you can find all the necessary utensils to prepare a meal (various pots, pans, dishes, etc.) and a kettle to serve tea or a coffee machine. It is equipped with a microwave, oven, glass ceramic cooking plates, dish washer, kettle, etc. The room is also served by a plasma connected to several national and international TV channels.

The bedroom has a great queen size bed with carefully selected bed linen to provide the best moments of comfort during a well-deserved night of sleep.

Guest Access:
Access is granted by two sets of keys which are provided to each guest personally and upon arrival.

Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception neither someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your welcoming in person and provide all the information and answer to all your questions.

We are available on WhatsApp and will be always connected to you in case you need anything. Will also add you to our WhatApp chat on your arrival date so communication is made easier.

There is NO elevator access.

On Check ins after 8pm there is a surcharge of €20.

The Neighborhood:
Located at the very heart of the Historic center, right by the iconic Clérigos tower and Lello book store, the area is rich in cultural heritage and services, but also in art and fun. Full of life, interest and newness, it concentrates focal points of Porto, such as the Clérigos Tower, Lello book store, City Hall, Aliados Avenue, Sé Cathedral, the D. Luís bridge, and the magnificent São Bento train station, you will loose yourselves through streets still consumed by the past side by side with the lavishness of modernity that mixes the city today, what has already been and what could have been. São Bento da Vitória Monastery, with the Portuguese Institute of Photography, the University of Porto headquarters, many alfarrabistas and other traditional shops. are very close to us. In D. João I Square, you find Rivoli Theater and just a few meters away is the Sá da Bandeira Theater, more dedicated to comedies and popular plays. Well served at the level of transport and stuck with the passage of the electric, it is where everything happens and where you can see everything else happening, just by climbing up to the magnanimous Clérigos Tower. In Rua Passos Manuel you will find the Coliseu do Porto, one of the main halls of spectacles in Porto, and its program ranges from concerts of popular and erudite music to classical ballets.

The centrality, rich in services, bars and restaurants, with a wide range of offerings, whether in grocery stores and small shopping centers. In festive seasons such as São João or the New Year, Avenida dos Aliados is filled with people from various social quarters to party hard, with the presence of stages and other infrastructures being normal to complement the celebrations.

The apartment is very well located also in regards to trasnports:

São Bento train station - 10min walking
São Bento metro station - 10 min walking
Historical tram - 5 min walking
Public and touristic buses- in Cordoaria, 2 min walking
National and International Bus terminals - 5min or 10 min depending on which one you choose
