This is a very cozy 1 bedroom apartment with all the amenities and comfort you would expect. It is located on the ground floor, facing the back providing quietness and privacy. Once you enter, you will have the bathroom to your left followed by the living area and kitchen that allows access to the terrace. Once in the social area, you have a dining table with chairs and a comfy sofa.

Guest Access:

Ground floor. Access is granted by Keys which are provided to each guest personally and upon arrival. We will ask our guests to show their Passports and/or their national identity cards in order to collect and share with the immigration authorities.



Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception nor someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can schedule your check in in advance.



After booking with us we will be available through phone call, chat and email.



IMPORTANT NOTE:

For check-ins between 16:00-20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minutes tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, we might have to reschedule it.

In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, you run the risk of not being able to check-in and therefore losing the first night of the reservation.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a very traditional and popular area of Porto. Praça do Marquês, one of the most iconic squares in Porto, is just around the corner and it's filled with little cafes, shops and a few restaurants.



Metro line D is just around the corner and there are also plenty of BUS connections. In case you are driving, there is an indoor parking space that charges €10/24h.



The closest supermarket is 2 minutes away and walking to the heart of the city will take you 15minutes.



Getting Around:

If you Arrive in Porto by PLANE- AIRPORT FRANCISCO SÁ CARNEIRO.

It is possible to get to the city center by our Transfer service, metro, bus or by car/taxi.



TRANSFER SERVICE:

Easiest way to get to us! Very practical and no need to wait in lines. We will give your contact to the driver and he will pick you up at the airport. Meeting point is Restaurant "Cervejaria Portuguesa" at the Arrivals Hall €30 up to 2 guests - fixed price and you pay directly to the driver.



METRO

From Porto Airport- Francisco Sá Carneiro- take Metro Line E in direction to Estádio do Dragão. Get off at Trindade Metro Station. Than change to line D direction Hospital São João and exit at Marquês. Once you get off the metro, it's a 5min walk.



BUS

From Porto Airport. Between 6h00 AM to 8h45 PM, take Bus 602 direction Cordoaria.

From Cordoaria, walk for about 20min. Between 00H30 and 05H30, take Bus 3M direction Avenida Aliados. From Avenida dos Aliados, head up to our street.



TRAIN

From the Campanhã Railway Station (located outside the city center) you can take :

Connecting train from Campanhã to São Bento station and then walk up the street towards us.



CAR

There is street parking (payable) or you can choose to park at the closest indoor garage which is very close to us (around the corner).



Other Things to Note:

Check-ins after 20:00 have a surcharge of €20 paid in cash or credit card at check-in.
