Turismo de Portugal & World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) have distinguished us with the "Clean & Safe" and “Safe Travels” seals respectively, reflecting all our efforts on providing a safe work environment as well as presenting our apartments in pristine conditions. From the housekeeping / laundry to the welcoming of each guest we have implemented specific qualification and are complying with all the regulations and recommendations from both DGS (National Health Authorities) and WHO (World Health Organisation).

We have a COVID-19 kit at your disposal upon check-in:

The apartment is located in the heart of Porto, in one of the oldest and most emblematic streets of the city, Rua das Fontaínhas.
Inserted in a totally rehabilitated building, it maintains the old traces of the 19th century, typical of the historical area of Porto.
Fully equipped apartment, it has a careful decoration where comfort is felt in every stay.
Garage available and free.

The Space:
Beautiful studio, with living area, kitchen, full bathroom and a balcony, located in a great area of Porto!! There is free parking in the premises.

Entering the flat, there is the bathroom, kitchen and then the living room where we have a sofa bed and a table where meals can be served. In the kitchen you can find all the necessary utensils to prepare a meal (various pots, pans, dishes, etc.) and a kettle to serve tea or a coffee machine. It is equipped with a microwave, oven, glass ceramic cooking plates, dish washer, kettle, etc. The room is also served by a plasma connected to several national and international TV channels.

The bedroom has a great queen size bed with carefully selected bed linen to provide the best moments of comfort during a well-deserved night of sleep.

Guest Access:
Access is granted by two sets of keys which are provided to each guest personally and upon arrival.

Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception neither someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your welcoming in person and provide all the information and answer to all your questions.

We are available on WhatsApp and will be always connected to you in case you need anything. Will also add you to our WhatApp chat on your arrival date so communication is made easier.

There is also elevator access.

We offer free parking in the premises.
On Check ins after 8pm there is a surcharge of €20.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a very genuine area of Porto, 2 minutes away from Poveiros Square, many groceries shops, pastries, local shops and restaurants. Supermarket is also located a step away from us.

Main attractions are within walking distance from our location.

Metro is within 10min walking from us and it goes direct to the airport!

Truly a gem of Porto!

Getting Around:
If you Arrive in Porto by PLANE- AIRPORT FRANCISCO SÁ CARNEIRO.
It is possible to get to the city center by our Transfer service, metro, bus or by car/taxi.

TRANSFER SERVICE:
Easiest way to get to us! Very practical and no need to wait in lines. We will give your contact to the driver and he will get in touch with you directly to coordinate your meeting point - €30 up to 3 guests - fixed price and you pay directly to the driver.

METRO- 30 Minutes
From Porto Airport- Francisco Sá Carneiro- take Metro Line E in direction to Estádio do Dragão. Get
off at Bolhão Metro Station. (image 1)
Once you get off the metro, it's a 10min walk.

BUS- 45 Minutes
From Porto Airport.
Between 6h00 AM to 8h45 PM, take Bus 602 direction Cordoaria.
From Cordoaria, head down to Avenida dos Aliados*.
Between 00H30 and 05H30, take Bus 3M direction Avenida Aliados.

TAXI- 20 Minutes
Coming from the Airport you will have to wait in line. Prices vary between €20 to €30, depending on luggage.


TRAIN- CAMPANHÃ RAILWAY STATION.
From the Campanhã Railway Station (located outside the city center) you can take :
Metro Line A in direction to Senhor de Matosinhos, Metro Line B, in direction to Póvoa de Varzim,
Metro Line E, in direction to Aeroporto, or Metro Line F, in direction to Senhora da Hora.
Get off at Bolhão Metro Station (image 1). Once you get out of the station, it's a 10min walk to the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
NOTE: in case you want to have the sofa bed ready, please let us know when you make the reservation. By default, the sofa bed is NEVER prepared, only the bed!!

NOTE: We charge 20€ for every check in after 8pm.

Interaction with Guests:
We will invite our guests to join our Whatsapp group chat so we can communicate more easily.
