The apartment is located in one of the liveliest streets of Porto, Rua das Flores. The neighborhood is also very safe and is closely located to every iconic landmark of the city. The building was recently renovated to the highest standards and embraces a modern and stylish decor, and yet the building maintains its original architectural style.

Bonne adresse mais...

Il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bain et non 2 comme indiqué. Les chambres donnent sur sur la Ruas das Flores trÚs bruyante. Bel emplacement mais propreté pas toujours au rdv.

The property is nice and in a good location, but the noise completely echoes throughout the bedrooms, we stayed in Porto during winter so I can’t imagine how loud it would be during the summer. You also cannot leave your luggage at the property before check in or after check out. I’ve never experienced this before.

Great location, but there were issues

The location of the unit was great with easy walking to the sites that we were interested in seeing. It's on a busy street, so there is a lot of noise in the bedrooms at night, but lots of restaurants and bars to walk to. It's run by a property management company (LovelyStay), and not an individual, so there's no sense of a personal touch. They responded quickly to questions, but every answer is no. They are very inflexible (no early check in, no late check out, no extra towels (each guest gets one hand and one bath towel, but there are no hand towels hanging in either bathroom, etc.). The washing machine had no instructions and did not work properly. They did offer to send a technician out, but we declined. The shower head was broken and wouldn't stay on the wall and it took so long to get hot water that we often just showered with cold water. Also, there is no A/C which was ok if we used the fan, but would be a problem in summer.

Beautiful apartment in a central location

The apartment was gorgeous! It was very spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and overall it was pretty well equipped. The only issue we had was with the shower head, which had a loose wall fixture that made it hard to keep hung up. Otherwise, the apartment itself was wonderful. The location was in a very central part of Porto which made it very convenient for traveling and getting to different destinations either by walking or transit. We noticed that it could get a bit loud at night when the windows were open (since it's in an area with a lot of restaurants and bars) but it didn't usually last too late into the night. Overall, we would definitely recommend this apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Porto!

We loved loved loved the location. Everything we looked up seemed to be 8-11 minutes away. The apartment was roomy and well kept. The communication and flexibility of the property management was fantastic. We really enjoyed this place. (There can be a tendency for loudness at night, but only one of the four of us noticed, and only one night)

Nice location, bad management

This is a great location and a beautiful apartment. My issues were with the property management. When we arrived they said to message them and they would let us in, I had to message and call 3 different numbers. The shower head was broken and it took 4 days to fix (we couldn't really shower during that time). The sofa arm was falling off and eventually fell off and they blamed me which meant I had to pay for it. This group does not do pre-check of their places so if you see something not right take a picture immediately and notify them or they will charge you.
