Casa Chiaraluna is a large apartment for vacation rental in the heart of Porto Cesareo, 50 meters from the seafront and just minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Salento.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, TV and electric oven. In the small back garden there is an outdoor shower and relaxation area. It offers up to 6 beds.

The entrance to Casa Chiaraluna is into a modern living room furnished with 1 double sofa bed. A corridor leads to the well-equipped eat-in kitchen, from which you exit to the small back garden, furnished with an outdoor sitting area and a shower to refresh yourself upon returning from the nearby beaches.
An open staircase starts from the living room and leads to the sleeping area arranged on the second floor. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a window and a view of the city, the other with a small balcony.
Complete Casa Chiaraluna 2 full bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor, and one with shower and bathtub on the second floor.

Casa Chiaraluna is an ideal apartment to spend vacations in Porto Cesareo within walking distance of everything. It is located in the center of the town. The promenade is only 50 meters away, as is the nearest beach.
The first equipped beaches start about 1.3 km away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.00 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 30 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 10 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the hallway of the sleeping area.
