Simple and cozy, the apartment is on the second floor of a small complex of vacation homes called Appartamenti Sabbiabianca.
The house is reached by spiral stairs. A large terrace covered by a wooden canopy welcomes guests, furnished with table and chairs for dining and relaxing outdoors.
The apartment`s interior consists of living room with dining room and 1 bunk bed, 1 double bedroom, kitchenette and 1 shower room.
Air conditioning is in the bedroom.

The property, located in a quiet area, is just
500 meters from the center where there are all the main services. The
nearest beach is only 700 meters away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 10 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
