Villetta Dany is a vacation home with large equipped outdoor spaces for rent in Torre Lapillo, for vacations just 200 meters from the beach and the most famous sea of the Ionian coast of Salento. It offers up to 9 beds.
The cottage is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, dishwasher, TV, hair dryer and mosquito nets. In the garden there are parking spaces and barbecue for grilling. Pets allowed.

The cottage is surrounded by large equipped outdoor spaces, furnished for relaxation and outdoor dining.
The entrance is into a large living room with kitchen, TV, sofa bed and air conditioning. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, including 1 air-conditioned double, 1 air-conditioned triple and 1 twin.
Completing Villetta Dany are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and an external service bathroom with shower stall.
 
The villa is surrounded by garden and offers many shady areas. You can dine al fresco and use the barbecue to prepare tasty grills. There is also an outdoor shower in the back.

Villetta Dany is in Torre Lapillo, just 200 meters from the beaches and the beautiful crystal clear sea. The cottage is located in the center, in one of the main streets of the village of Porto Cesareo, which becomes a pedestrian zone at certain times of the evening.
Within walking distance from the house there are both the free beach and several equipped lidos, as well as all the main services.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning is not in one bedroom.
- The second bathroom, with shower, is located outside the house.
