We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Small fisherman's cottage with independent entrance located in one of the pedestrian alleys of the town a stone's throw from all services. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor, the property is accessed by a suggestive staircase which fully represents the characteristic and picturesque village.

Arranged entirely on one floor, the exposed beams evoke past atmospheres. Despite the small size of around 30 m2, our apartment is well laid out, boasting a kitchen and dining table, double bed with memory foam mattress, an entrance hallway where there is a bathroom with shower and bidet. The strong point of the apartment is its lovely outdoor space equipped with a table, a rare service given its location.

Location information:
- Old Town; ZTL pedestrian alley in the evening
- it is not suitable for people with walking problems or elderly people with walking difficulties. There are nine steps to climb from the main road, which would be uncomfortable for this type of guest.
- it does not have a parking space but within 250 meters you will have a large free car park

Important Notes:
- couples of guys under 21 years of age are not admitted
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros (maximum 1 animal)
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not rentable on site
