Elegant completely renovated building in a panoramic position on the Gulf of Porto Azzurro, a few steps from the Spanish Fortress and only 500 meters from the lively town square with its bars, restaurants and shops overlooking the sea. The apartments, three two-room apartments and one studio apartment, are arranged over two floors and surrounded by a large garden. Among the alleys of the town one of the most crowded and well-known evening markets on the island. From Porto Azzurro it is also possible to leave for a boat excursion, visiting hidden coves and snorkelling and diving in the magnificent seabed of the island. The closest and most comfortable beach is La Pianotta, characterized by a crystal clear sea, fine gravel and large rocks. Not far away are the beaches of Barbarossa, Reale and the very special Terranera. The photos are examples of the type, there are several similar apartments and one of them will be assigned.
The two-room apartments have a maximum of 4 beds. The interior consists of a bright living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed from which you can access a small balcony with a view of Porto Azzurro, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. The furniture is comfortable and functional and the structure has a barbecue and parking. Pets are not allowed. Ideal for families with children and offers the possibility to reach the center and the beach in a few minutes.
