We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
Perfect location for two couples of friends or a large family, given the convenience of the double bathroom. However, the icing on the cake is the garage, given the difficulty in finding parking, especially in high season, also perfect for lovers of excursions by bike or dinghy.

The apartment is on two floors. On the entrance floor living room with French sofa bed, large well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs the attic sleeping area, with two bedrooms, one family (double bed and two single beds) and a double bedroom. Double bathroom with shower and bidet. The property includes a habitable terrace, equipped for eating and covered by an awning. Strong point of the apartment, the private garage.

- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30.00 (one animal only)
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Mola, or Portoferraio, depending on the office opening periods.
