Welcome to Woodstock Townhouse, a thoughtfully curated retreat nestled in the heart of Southeast Portland. Designed for families and groups seeking a stylish and comfortable home base, this spacious townhome blends modern design with local charm, offering easy access to Portlandâs best neighborhoods while providing a peaceful escape from the downtown bustle.
Step inside and youâll immediately notice the attention to detail. The decor is fresh and contemporary, with custom finishes and furnishings sourced to create an ideal blend of style and relaxation. Many of the art pieces and design touches were commissioned by local Portland artists, adding a unique and authentic vibe that celebrates the cityâs creative spirit.
The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area perfect for gathering and entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen offers bar seating at the island, and the adjacent dining area provides the perfect setting for shared meals and conversations. The cozy living room invites you to kick back and stream your favorite show after a day of adventures. Thereâs also a full bathroom and a bedroom on this level, ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs.

Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. ****There is a ring doorbell at this location**

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories.
Special Information and Rules:
A maximum of 8 guests may stay at any time.
"Use of all outdoor spaces by ASTR guests is prohibited between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. all days, except when entering or exiting the house. The hours of outdoor space use must be listed in the House Rules and may be more but not less restrictive.
The ASTR use must comply with City Title 18, Noise Control. Among other regulations, Title 18 sets limits on sound levels that impact residential properties. Section 18.12.020.B addresses permissible levels of sound producing or reproducing equipment. The following activities are in violation of Title 18: Operating or permitting the use or operation of any device designed for sound production or reproduction in such a manner as to cause a noise disturbance; or operating or permitting the operating or use of any such device between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. so as to be plainly audible within any dwelling unit which is not the source of sound.
Commercial meetings are prohibited. Commercial meetings include luncheons, banquets, parties, weddings, meetings, charitable fund raising, commercial or advertising activities, or other gatherings for direct or indirect compensation."
