Note that there may be noise; earplugs and a noise machine are available for your comfort!

The building is perfectly situated between the vibrant commercial sector of Hawthorne and the leafy, historic Ladd's Addition, known for its residential architectural masterpieces from the past 120 years.
This space has been meticulously designed to offer a sleek, soothing, and stylish atmosphere. It boasts high-end finishes including mini-split heating and cooling systems, stainless steel appliances (with dishwashers), in-unit washer/dryers, and 9-ft ceilings. The huge windows flood the space with natural light, showcasing the gorgeous cabinetry and glittering quartz countertops. Enjoy entertainment on the giant 4K HDTV, and much more, all contributing to a luxurious living experience.
