Your beautiful new 3rd floor walk-up apartment has just been completely renovated mixing old with new. The 19th century building has maintained its historic charm with original brick, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and west facing blown glass cathedral windows. There is no parking at the building as we are in a row of brownstones downtown. The city offers free on-street parking from 6pm-9am and free all day Sunday. For convenience, we like to park in a parking garage close to the apartment. It is affordable for the city @ $19 per day.
