Nous avons entiÚrement rénové ce bùtiment incroyable, créant 4 magnifiques condos à partir d'un 4-plex fatigué: planchers de bambou, salle de bain entiÚrement carrelée avec panneau de douche, cuisine du chef avec armoires personnalisées, foyer, climatisation, chauffe-eau à la demande, laveuse / sécheuse, Internet sans fil + DIRECTV avec 60 "TV et 5. 1 configuration home cinéma, stationnement hors rue - chaque chose que vous voulez / besoin.

Nous avons un condo identique disponible pour la location à court terme - Voir propriété # 814764 si celui-ci est réservé. Nous en avons également un disponible pour les réservations directes; Veuillez soumettre des demandes de dates si la propriété VRBO n'est pas disponible.

Cette unité a deux chambres: 1 lit queen, 1 lit double. Idéalement situé, quartier proche, à distance de marche de tout (transports publics, restaurants, shopping, quartiers branchés de la ville), accÚs facile à l'autoroute. PrÚs des quartiers du centre-ville, Hawthorne, du Mississippi et de l'Alberta, des hÎtes aimables et arrangeants.

Sullivan's Gulch stay

Charming condo in a wonderful neighborhood.My only critical feedback is around a notice after booking received just prior to the stay stating that pets must not bark if left alone. This should be clear in the initial listing for customers to consider before they book.We ended up not being able to go anywhere without our dog with us due to this policy and the uncertainty whether they would bark or not, which is not in our control.Otherwise, everything about our stay was wonderful.

We arrived at 1 in the morning in a weeknight. The owner was very thorough with directions on where to park and the codes needed to get inside. The place was clean and looking just like the pictures. They provided descriptions of the area and to-do’s. We had a wonderful time; Was just the break we needed.

sweet liitle condo

clean,. Nice that coffee and creamer available. A little crazy with entertainment system because of three remotes. Parking is a little inconvenient. Door codes a little excessive. Neighborhood was hard to find and navigate. Excellent communication with host. Old building, could hear everything going on upstairs so our first night was rough.

We had an amazing time in portland! The owners of the property were so sweet and helped me get into the house. The place was very clean and comfortable and so cute. Also very close to lots of things so that was a plus too. 5/5 stars for sure!

Family visit

Perfect Spot

We really loved the neighborhood, with great spots to walk to. Steeplejack is a stone's throw away, a long with other great locations along Broadway. The unit itself is very nice, on the ground floor and we'll taken care of. Our family of 4 with littles under 4 had a great time. We had a little trouble with check-in using the multiple code sequence, but Jody was available right away and helped us get in in no time. We would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We wish we had more time to just hang out and walk around the community. Everything in the unit was great ( except the beds). Both beds were extremely firm. For this reason alone i would have second thoughts about staying again. If the beds are replaced with medium soft beds we would stay again. Not a major issue but the parking was full both nights we were there and we had to park on the street. I drive a Ram 2500 Mega Cab so that was a trick to find a place big enough to park. Street was very full of cars. If you replace the beds let us know as we are due to be back in Portland end of August and later in the Fall.

Great Stay

We loved walking around the gorgeous neighborhood. We also noticed everyone else in the area enjoyed doing the same thing as there were several people walking around, mostly with dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving 2024

This was our second Thanksgiving at Mediterranean Villa. It is perfect. The home is open and roomy in the living room/dining/kitchen area. Makes it easy to live in and to cook/relax in. The location is great, we enjoy walks and the ease of movement to other Portland locations. The owners are very responsive, I hope we con do it again!

Great place for two couples.

We stayed with friends and loved it. Clean, cute and comfortable for four people. Would highly recommend and will look to stay there again if going to convention center or to see a concert.
