Welcome to Hollywood Casa, a newly renovated apartment with private entrance conveniently located in the heart of NE Portland. Within walking distance of Providence Medical Center, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, farmer's market, light rail station, restaurants, theaters, Laurelhurst Park, or a jog away from Mt. Tabor. 1BD/1bath unit with 700 sq. ft. of space, including full kitchen, washer/dryer, dining/workspace, bathroom, living room, bedroom, Roku TV, WiFi. Private, quiet, and cozy space.

The apartment is a downstairs suite equipped with all the essential amenities. It has been thoughtfully decorated for guests to feel relaxed and cozy after exploring Portland's food carts, restaurants, art, and music scenes. Or for decompressing after flying into Portland International Airport (a 13 minute drive away).

The living room includes a comfortable sleeper sofa and arm chair seating, along with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.

The kitchen comes standard with an oven and cook top, microwave, and utensils with ample storage in the cabinets below the quartz countertop. We offer Nespresso coffee with complimentary pods and an assortment of tea. The kitchen table seats 2 people and also doubles as a work space.

The bedroom connects to the living room and features darker mid-century modern style with a board & batten accent wall, sconce reading lights above the queen size bed (with a very comfortable MLILY bamboo memory foam mattress, and Casper comfort pillows and sheets). The bedroom includes natural light through two windows.

The bathroom is simple and clean with a quartz topped vanity (matching the countertops in the kitchen), washer/dryer, and a tile shower.

The apartment has high-speed WiFi internet for staying connected throughout your stay. A great place for both short and extended stays.

The apartment is in the downstairs and it keeps between 50-70 degree F all year round so it does not need air conditioner to keep cool during heat wave.

The Casa was well appointed & very neat and tidy. It has a bit of a basement smell but then again it is. We felt a bit puzzled that we paid the posted price & written rules included if we wanted extra Nespresso pods it was an additional 1.20 per. We feel that is a bit shortsighted on the part of the owner. We have stayed at quite a few rentals in the Portland area, this one having the least welcomed feeling.

We stayed for one night and everything was very clean and matched photos. Communication was easy with Qian. After camping and spending time in nature, sleeping in a comfortable bed and taking a nice shower at this stay was very welcomed. We were able to find street parking ok. If you have a lot of bags to carry, might be slightly inconvenient. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The owner has clearly planned for visitor comfort with details for anything we might need. The bed is incredibly comfortable and firm. It’s a short walk into the Hollywood district.

Great location - a few blocks to the very cool Hollywood district with its great old movie theater and lots of great restaurants. The apartment was super clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Just what we needed! Amazing hospitality.

Staying at Hollywood Casa was perfect for myself and my friend! It’s location is super convenient and it’s a very cute neighborhood, especially during the fall with the seasonal change. It can be a little noisy upstairs randomly, but if you don’t mind some noise it’s very tolerable. I slept through the night with no issues nor was I woken up early in the morning. The property manager is super communicative and the hospitality she gave us was amazing. After checking out I thought I left my earbuds. I messaged and she took the effort to look for them and even ask if I wanted to come back to look for them myself since I was still in the city. I would definitely stay here again!.

Clean and quiet basement unit

Internet service was down which meant no TV or WiFi for our stay. The only coffee-making option was a pod system with 2 little pods provided. Not ideal for coffee lovers! Owners live upstairs and were quick to respond to my texts and did give us a small credit for the lack of internet service. Beds were comfortable and the basement unit was quiet during sleeping hours despite the location on a very busy street.

Good for a quick stay. Close to a lot of stuff. In case anyone cares, you do not have a lock on the door to your place once inside the main door so the owner has access via hallway. wasn’t an issue for us but sharing.

Great property. Exactly as described.

We stayed here while visiting family in Portland. The location was perfect for us and the property was as described. Parking really wasn't an issue and we were there during 37C/98F heat and the room never got hot. It was really comfortable. The only hiccup was that the fridge didn't really get cold enough to put food in but that didn't impact us at all and I'm sure the owner could easily rectify (we never raised it with them). 5/5 for us!

Cozy and Cool

Had an incredible stay at this cutie basement apartment and highly recommend it. The communication with the host was excellent and the check-in process is seamless. The Apartment is clean, cute, and always stays a cool temperature (which comes in very handy in the hot summers). The location is convenient, within close proximity to wholefoods and plenty of places to eat. Parking is a breeze as well. Can't wait to return in the future!
