4 spacious bedrooms, plus a queen Murphy bed in the library, and twin sofa bed in the downstairs sitting room and one in the upstairs family room.

3 full bathrooms in the main farmhouse, with bathtub upstairs and downstairs. Primary bathroom has a huge custom shower.

***Living Areas***
Plenty of room to gather inside and out, with open flow from the kitchen to the dining room, which includes a baby grand piano, to sitting room with views of the bridge & creek, library to hide-away and living room. Views are seen from upstairs and downstairs with comfy couches and chairs. Pick your favorite area for games, conversation, reading, relaxing and taking in the views in every direction from the many large windows.

Queen bed studio cottage with bathroom, shower, and kitchenette, providing a more private retreat for guests while still being a part of the party in the main house. Water heater in the cabin is only 5 gallons so be ready.

• Outside: Giant yard games, a party barn, your own bridge, and huge firepit offer endless fun. Bocce ball, badminton, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, ping pong, corn hole, tetherball, Swing, hammock, and all kinds of space to run or have your own private picnic. Relax on the deck while you grill something on the BBQ. Take the bikes out for a spin on the trail.

• Gardens: Explore vegetable and herb gardens, a fruit garden, and a rose garden and be assured no chemicals have been used anywhere on the property.
