The apartment itself held no surprises. It was clean and as expected, if not more. Even though the location is on a slightly well used road, it was very quiet. The only part that was somewhat of a drawback was parking. Anywhere in Portland, parking. It was great that there was a lot for us to use. The downside was it is about two blocks away. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. I highly recommend this rental and we will stay there again! Thank you to our hosts. All of our questions were answered quickly and in the most friendly manner.

This is a fantastic space in a classic Portland townhouse. Good size for 2. It’s centrally located & convenient to pretty much everything. The West End is perfect for walking. We appreciate that it’s dog friendly. We’ve now stayed 4 times.

Cozy one bed apartment walking distance to almost everything in Portland. The apartment has everything needed. Kitchen well appointed although we didn’t use it. Nice to have parking, but did find a syringe/needle in front of our car one morning not the owners fault, but just look around your vehicle when parking.Owners were great, answered questions immediately, and even had a light bulb waiting on us when I let them know one was burnt out but not a necessity.

Great place to stay in Portland Maine

Clean, comfortable, quiet for being in town. Just as described and pictured. Shower pressure was decent and hot water was not an issue for 3 consecutive long showers. Very user friendly kitchen. Did buy an air mattress in lieu of using the uncomfortable pullout sofa bed. Overall wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment just outside of Old Port

Myself and 2 daughters stayed here for 2 nights. Very easy and short drive to Old Port from this location! There are a few shops in this area that we enjoyed visiting also. Parking was a little confusing at first, I definitely suggest Googling it before you go. Check in was very easy, and the apartment is very nice and comfortable! Thank you Megan and Jason, for providing such a lovely place!

The unit was as beautiful as advertised and spotless! Location is great, we walked everywhere. Parking spot was extremely important in that area. We've been to Portland several times and we will definitely stay here for future visits.

Enjoyed Portland

My spouse and I recently stayed at this nice apartment for 4 nights during the first week of June. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities, making it such a comfortable stay. It is so nice not to have to worry about packing or buying basic necessities like hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and dishwasher/dishwashing detergent. The location was ideal, with an easy 20-minute walk to Old Port, Maine State Pier, and the waterfront. There are also plenty of restaurant and bar options near by. This allowed us to explore the area comfortably and enjoy the local attractions without needing transportation. Our hosts, Jason and Megan, were fantastic. They were super responsive and very attentive, ensuring we had all the necessary details before arrival Their welcome book was very clear and specific, answering our questions. One thing to note is to pay attention to the parking instructions, as the designated parking area is a short walk from the apartment. Overall, our experience in Portland, Maine, was greatly enhanced by this wonderful accommodation and the exceptional hospitality of Jason and Megan.

Great overall!

Great spot in downtown— walkable to most spots. Very clean and new and had everything we needed. The hosts were great communicators and had a nice welcome packet with tons of info. Awesome that they were dog friendly and even had a tennis ball for our pup! Would stay again!!

Great Location

Great location near many restaurants. Walking distance to everything we wanted. Well equipped apartment ideal for two adults. It's worth noting that the parking isn't on site. It's about a 3-4 minute walk around the block. This isn't a problem if you aren't carrying a lot of things back and forth. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our recent stay in Portland. Location is great for exploring Portland, the dedicated parking space was very convenient, excellent and attentive communication with the owners, supplies provided were much appreciated, and the suggestions in the welcome book were all terrific. Our only suggestion is to add a little more storage space for clothes in the bedroom. , such as a small chest of drawers.
