The Apartment is well maintained to 4* standards. There are two bedrooms, one en-suite. Both bedrooms contain queen size beds. The separate bathroom contains a large shower, WC and vanity sink unit. We provide towels for the house and separate towels for the pool area.

The kitchen is well equipped with single oven, microwave, washing machine, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a Nespresso machine and a cafetière.

The dining area seats 4 people. In the sitting area there is a double settee and two single chairs. The TV provides Portuguese, UK, Spanish, German, French channels.

The terrace is south facing with a distant sea view. The terrace is ideal for alfresco dining.

There is a pool area within 2 minutes walk has an infinity pool with a small shallow pool. Views are stunning over the countryside towards Lagos.

Odiaxere, a small village with a Multi Banco, pharmacy, several restaurants in the square and along the main road. The village has a square with a gypsy market on the 4th Monday of each month. Odiaxere has a daily market selling fresh fish and daily produce this has the bonus of not having to join long queues in the summer months as with the busier towns. Odiaxere is a 5 minute drive. Lagos and Portimao are a 10 minute drive with their larger supermarkets, restaurants, bars and beaches. Alvor, again is a 10 minute drive, although a smaller town than Lagos has a fabulous beach, restaurants and bars.

A car is required for ease of movement. The location is very quiet and is ideal for those who wish to getaway from it all but remain within easy distance to amenities. There is good flat walking. The local restaurant in Arao has an excellent reputation with an extensive menu.
