Excellent 2 bedroom apartment is perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 6 people, has an area of ââ85m2.
It has modern decor, a large balcony, is very well located in a quiet area, with free outdoor parking, TV and internet throughout the apartment.
Close to restaurants, cafes, hypermarkets, the PortimĂŁo Market and the Riverside Zone, it is a 5-minute drive from Praia da Rocha or Praia do Vau.
The apartment consists of:
- Entrance hall
- 1 Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe with comfortable bedding
- 1 Bedroom with two single beds with wardrobe and comfortable bedding
- Complete bathroom with bathtub. Towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience! Liquid hand soap and shower gel are also provided.
- Living room with TV, sofa bed for 2 people, fan, cable TV, and dining area
- Fully equipped kitchen. It has all the necessary amenities to prepare a delicious homemade meal during your stay, such as a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, hand blender, kettle. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine.
- It also has a huge balcony with table and chairs.
You will have access to the entire property and all its amenities, including all furniture and fixtures. And a beautiful enclosed porch.
The apartment itself is maintained by a professional cleaning team and clean bed linen and towels are provided for the period of your stay. If in the middle of your stay you want a cleaning, you can request it at the time of booking at an extra cost.
Check-in after 21:00 has an extra charge of 15 euros paid on site in cash.
It is also important to mention that the blanket (pink and yellow) at the feet of the bed has an extra cost, for this reason they must be requested at the time of booking if you wish to use them to take to the beach.
