Peachbud House Portarlington
The Peachbud House is a retro beach getaway in the beachside town of Portarlington.
A generous & private family friendly house, just minutes drive from the beach and local shops, with a beautiful sea-view. With all day to day amenities including a fully functional kitchen for cooking, two full bathrooms, a functional laundry, and a beautiful big backyard. Each bedroom is dressed with luxury cotton bed linen & towels, and chic retro furniture & homewares for a fun and colourful beach getaway.
The space
Peachbud House is an original 70's cozy beachside home. We have 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, including 3 Queen, 1 Double, and 2 Single beds, making it the perfect location for a family getaway. We have brand new luxury bed linen & towels, a selection of bathroom necessities, a stocked kitchen with every pot & pan you will need, and some fun games & toys.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and everything in it, with the exception of any locked cabinets. This includes generous off-street parking for up to 4 cars, and a lovely big yard to enjoy in summer.
Other things to note
Peachbud House is pet-friendly, but we ask that any furry friends do not make their way onto the sofa. Any damage to furniture caused by pets will have an additional charge to you to repair or clean.

We had such a lovely time during our stay at Peachbud House Portarlington and Cressida was the most thoughtful host who went out of her way to make our stay more enjoyable.
The house was very clean, the kitchen contains everything you need and the beds were extremely comfortable.
Portarlington is such a wonderful location - beautiful walking tracks along the beach and lots of restaurants and shops in the local town. We would definitely stay at Peachbud house again

Cressida's house was lovely. The interior design was very pleasing, a great colour scheme with lots of indoor plants. The beds were very comfortable as was the other furniture. The view from the lounge, dining, kitchen area and deck was great, we even saw ships going past. The beaches, walking and riding tracks weren't too far away and the cafes, Grand Hotel and Golf Club served up delicious food, drinks and coffee. The house was great value, we all had a wonderful time and hope to stay again soon.

We really enjoyed staying at the peachpod. Great location - just over a 20-minute walk or a 4 minute drive to the town. We had bay views from the backyard verandah.
Big Bonus is that the Peachpod is pet friendly, so I was able to bring my dog Kaia.
Cressida's a great host. Great communication from the start to the end. Response time was very quick. We had an amazing time & we will be back!

The only problem was the gate, it was difficult to open.

âą It is important that the number of guests staying in the property is as per your booking request. Please ensure the number of occupants does not exceed the number stipulated.
âą We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in our property
âą We arrange for the property to have a full clean prior to your arrival. We request that you leave the property in a clean and tidy state and treat it as if it were your own home.
âą Guests agree not to create any nuisance or excessive noise, causing annoyance to the owners or occupiers of any neighbours. No parties or functions please.
âą Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received.
âą All loud music must cease by 11.00 pm
âą Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
âą As the guest of the property, you are responsible to take due care of the property. Guests are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the booking dates.
âą We reserve the right to request payment from the security deposit lodged should the following additional expense result from your stay at our house:
âą Extra cleaning including BBQ, putting away of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glassware etc.
âą Lost keys and remote controls
âą Unnecessary call outs, breakages or damage.
âą Missing linen, towels or items removed from the house.
âą Rejection of rubbish collection due to incorrect usage.
âą As a guest of the property, you indemnify us and the owners of the property of any liability caused by you or your guests which may arise during your stay at the property.
