This bright and fully accessible bungalow is the perfect base for a relaxing coastal break. Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac in Aberavon (SA12 6SQ), it’s just a 2-minute walk to the local shop and 3 minutes from the beach, with off-road parking right outside the front door.

Set entirely on one level with extra wide doorways and hallways, the home is ideal for guests who appreciate space and ease of access. Pet friendly, so your four-legged companions are welcome too.

The bungalow sleeps 5 adults or 6 guests with a child, and includes:

Bedroom 1 – Super king or twin beds

Bedroom 2 – Double bed

Lounge – Double sofa bed and comfortable seating

Fully equipped kitchen

Bathroom with walk-in shower

Private, enclosed back garden with outdoor seating

Off-road parking for one car

Guests have exclusive access via lockbox and can reach the hosts anytime by phone or message.

The location is ideal for families, friends or couples – with plenty to enjoy nearby, including a splash park, mini golf, playgrounds, cafés, restaurants and the scenic pier. Daily essentials like supermarkets, a chemist, post office and corner shops are all within easy reach, and a small park is just around the corner.

For day trips, Margam Country Park is only a 10-minute drive, offering scenic walks, wildlife and a treetop adventure course. You won’t need a car to get around, but if you do want to explore further, Port Talbot Parkway station is nearby, with trains to Cardiff, Swansea and beyond, and local buses run regularly from the area.
Please remove your outdoor shoes as soon as you enter the bungalow, as we kindly ask that no outdoor footwear is worn inside. Feel free to bring your favourite slippers to stay comfortable during your stay.

We also ask that you sort your rubbish to help us with recycling. Cardboard and paper, along with tins and plastics, should be placed in the appropriate sacks at the side of the bungalow. General waste goes into the green plastic bin, food waste in the small green food bin, and glass should be placed in the green rectangular box – all located at the side of the bungalow.
