Forest Cwtch by STAE-Homes, is a superb apartment, providing easy access to the world-famous Afan Bike Parks and local regions including, Cymmer, Glycorrwg, Port Talbot and Maesteg.
The cute little Cwtch (Welsh word, meaning 'embrance') is also a stone's-throw from the stunning Bwlch Mountain, leading to the Rhondda Valley.
A ground floor, single-level apartment, with private entrance and easy parking,
