Located just 6 minutes on foot (or 2 minutes by car) from Aberavonâs long sandy beach, the house places you right near one of South Walesâ most popular coastal spots. Grab fish and chips for a sunset meal or explore the promenade on foot or by bike.
Shops, takeaways, and a bakery are within 4 minutes` drive, while supermarkets including Morrisons and Lidl are just 6 minutes away. Port Talbot railway station is also a 6-minute drive, offering easy access to Cardiff, Swansea, and beyond. The local minor injury A&E at Port Talbot Hospital is nearby, offering peace of mind for families.

- No smoking indoors. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the property. A ÂŁ350 deep-cleaning fee will apply if any smoke is detected. You are welcome to smoke outsideâplease keep doors and windows closed.
