Please note that the triple bunk beds are only suitable for guests 6 years of age or younger and/or under 60 pounds. For safety reasons, these beds are not suitable for older children or adults.
Elevator Notice & Safety Policy: While there is an elevator on site, it is not available for guest use. For guest safety, the elevator is strictly off limits and may not be accessed, operated, or tampered with during the stay. Guests must use the stairs for access. Any unauthorized use or attempted use of the elevator that results in damage, service calls, or safety concerns may result in significant charges. We appreciate your understanding as guest safety is our top priority.
Take note: GPS may take you one road too far. The correct turn is just before mailbox 1510, not the road immediately after the right turn GPS may suggest.
A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
