Visit Summer Salt to have a beautiful and memorable beach vacation in a Gulf front house. There are gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and spectacular sunsets from most every window and door. Two unscreened decks, both encompassing the width of the house offer hours of relaxation for guests and unparalleled views of the Gulf, with adirondack chairs, loungers and a dining area. If hanging out on the beach isn’t your thing, there is a sun deck with loungers to get that tan you are wanting. From the sun deck there is a private boardwalk to the beach where you can sunbathe, take a long walk, try your luck at surf fishing or go shelling.

After a day of beach and sun, there is an outdoor shower with heated water to rinse off all that fun before you head inside to prepare a feast for your family in the fully stocked kitchen. If outdoor grilling is preferred, there is a charcoal grill for your convenience. For the traveling fisherman, there is ample parking if you bring a boat and an outdoor sink and table to clean your catch. To round out your gorgeous day, there is a fire pit with ample seating for family near the boardwalk to watch sunsets, discuss the spectacular day around the campfire and roast marshmallows for the little ones. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, smart TV, Cable, WiFi, DVD player and ample closet and drawer space to unpack. This bedroom also opens to the deck by sliders with views of the water. A full bathroom with a tub shower is accessible right outside the bedroom door. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds with a pull out trundle bed for a child. There is also an extra long single bed in this room. The bunk room is equipped with a smart TV,Cable, WiFi, DVD player and ample closet and drawer space to unpack. The laundry is behind folding doors in the connecting hallway that leads to the full bath for this bedroom. Second floor is an open floor plan with high ceilings to give the room an expansive feel. This floor is the living area with leather couches and ample seating. The full sized couch is a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. This floor is equipped with a large smart TV, Cable,WiFi, DVD player and DVDs. There is a game room closet full of puzzles, games, DVDs and toys.

This level has a beautiful live edge dining table with seating up to eight. Nearby is a bar area for seating for three more. The open concept kitchen is equipped and stocked with all the needed appliances, including a blender, Keurig and regular coffee machines, plus all the utensils you would need. It has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

There is a powder room bathroom on this level for convenience. This floor has spectacular views of the Gulf with panoramic windows and sliders that open to a deck that has a dining area and loungers to relax.
