The downstairs level features the main living area with the kitchen, dining area, direct access to the back porch, and a king bedroom conveniently located across from a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Upstairs area features 4 bedrooms (3 King, 1 Bunk) and two bathrooms as well as a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy access to the upstairs front porch from two of the King Bedrooms (one being the Master Suite).

Every bedroom is equipped with a smart Roku TV. You’re welcome to log into your own streaming accounts.

Parking:
We have dedicated parking for up to medium sized 4 vehicles in front of the home, with overflow parking available across the street.

House Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, including all decks, patios, and amenities. The only locked space is the owner’s closet located in one of the upstairs bedrooms.

Pets:
We’re happy to host your pups! Our home is dog-friendly. We allow up to 3 dogs, each under 70 lbs. If you’re traveling with a larger dog, just send us a quick message—we’re happy to review and pre-approve when possible.

Rental Agreement & Verification:
A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking.
To book this home, the primary renter must be 23 years of age or older.
