The wrap-around covered decks, warm natural materials and unmatched views of the Gulf give this gem a historic feel while still offering modern conveniences. Shutters emits a timeless Hemmingway spirit, casual but elevated to include unique furnishings, dĂ©cor and finishes. The character of this home is simply unmatched!
Upon arrival you will find ample parking and easy access. The ground level offers casual shaded seating surrounding an outdoor TV to take in the game! A stargazing deck, private beach access, outdoor shower and fish cleaning area give the home a very private space. Minimal steps will take you to the wrap-around porch on the main level with abundant seating where you can take in views of the Gulf from every angle.
Inside, the glistening reflection of the Gulf makes its way through the many windows and doors. A warm glow perpetually fills the open kitchen, dining and hearth areas. White oak floors, reclaimed wood and historic art and decorations inspire a setting unlike more contemporary homes. The newly renovated kitchen is outfitted with Wolf and Subzero appliances, unique marble tops and all the other conveniences youâd find in luxury home.
The main level features two well-appointed guest bedroomsâone with two queen beds and the other with a king bed. Each includes a smart TV, access to a full bathroom, and private double doors opening to the deck.
Upstairs, a light-filled library offers a peaceful retreatâperfect for relaxing with a book or watching coastal storms roll in. This versatile space includes a queen sleeper sofa, additional seating, a charming washbasin/coffee bar area, and two sets of double doors leading to the upper deck with Gulf views.
Just beyond, the spacious primary suite features a king bed, comfortable seating, smart TV, and its own double doors to the deck. The adjacent bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a double vanity and a large walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling glass.
