With private beach access just steps from the front door you’ll be dipping your toes in the sand in no time at all. This quaint and upscale community has an outdoor pool and pickle ball courts ready for your enjoyment! Between the Beach, Pool, Pickle Ball courts and all the activities around there isn’t a better place to experience all that Cape San Blas has to offer.

This fully furnished 5 Bedroom home is ready for you to make memories. Each Bedroom has a brand new King Bed and a Smart TV!

Just 15 minutes from Fine Dining, Restaurants, Bars and Shops of Port St. Joe you will find the incredible piece of the forgotten coast called Cape San Blas. Known for its luxurious white sand beaches, gentle surf and amazing fishing this area has something for everyone.
This entirely new home has an incredibly functional and open floor plan. As you walk through the entry you are greeted by a custom made Hall tree, perfect for slipping off those sandy shoes as you enter.

To the left you are welcomed to the large open living, dining and kitchen space. With 3 brand new power reclining couches and power in the center cushion you can spend your time relaxing after a long day at the beach. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 65" HD 4k TV with Roku streaming (1 Gig Internet)

The large kitchen Island is complimented by 4 bar stools perfect for that quick morning snack before heading out to the beach. All new Stainless steel appliances compliment the kitchen in addition to a full compliment of dishes, glass ware and cooking utensils.

Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the solid Acacia wood dining table which comfortably seats 6.

Just off the living area a small hallway leads to the 1st Floor Bathroom with custom tiled shower and full glass enclosure. Across the Hall you will find the Main floor bedroom with a brand new King Size Bed and 55" Smart Tv!

Back upstairs you will find the remaining 4 Bedrooms, All with King Beds and wall mounted 55" HD TVs!
The 2 Front facing bedrooms share access to the upper balcony with a bistro bar set. One of those bedrooms is the upstairs master with an attached En-Suite Full Bath.

The 2 Rear Facing bedrooms have an incredible view of the new community pool that is ready for use! At the top of the stairs is the other Full Bathroom with Tub and Shower Combo.

The real beauty of the area lies outside. With a brand new deck that overlooks the pool and pickleball courts you can enjoy some time outside without leaving the house. Just around the corner you will find our guest storage shed that is packed with beach toys, beach chairs, a Umardoo Sun Shade for the beach, coolers and more! After a fun day at the beach you'll be happy to see our custom Outdoor shower which is perfect for rinsing off all that sand before you head in and cool down !

You will have the whole house to yourself and will check in using the smart lock on the front door. You will have a code unique to your stay for your security.

**Our Beach House is located in a Gated community that does not allow boats to be parked within the community. Please note that if you are planning to bring a boat with you, you'll need to store it with the marina in Port St. Joe or make other arrangements as the community will not allow them. House was clean and in good condition. Excellent location with easy access to the beach and bay. Volleyball, pickleball, and pool located right behind the house and with kids this gave them an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while we watched from the back deck. Host responded very quickly and communication of details were sent in a timely manner. The check-in process was super easy, and we would stay again when looking at Cape San Blas!

My family loved staying at this property. It’s just steps away from the beach and close to the pool, and pickle ball courts! The shed at the property was fully stocked with everything we needed for a day at the beach which was so convenient! Definitely would recommend staying here!

Great family home

Our large family enjoyed our stay at this property. We especially loved the comfortable recliners in the living room, the very easy walkability to the beach (about 5 mins down the boardwalk), the wagon provided to lug our beach gear, and the community pool (which was never very crowded). Highly recommend for a nice family home!

This house is beautiful and a short walk to the beach. I loved that the pool is literally out your back door and that all beach gear was provided for use. Everything was so convenient. And you do not often find all bedrooms with king beds which was perfect for our family since our kids are all adults now. Nick was very quick to respond and a great host who even offered us an extra night at a discounted rate which we took because we loved it so much there. I would stay again for sure!

Perfect Location

Our family loved our stay! The house is very spacious and relaxing and the owners responded quickly to any questions that we had. It was great to have the pickleball and volleyball court right in the backyard and the short walk to the beach was very nice. We will be back!

Girls getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here. We had 7 ladies over the age of 40 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Walk to the beach was easy and made easier with the wagons that the owner provided. Distance to local restaurants was easy and never an issue. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Played pickleball each morning then enjoyed a short walk to the beach each afternoon. Beach was not crowded. Enjoyed having the wagon and chairs available at the house so we didn’t have to pack them. It was our goldendoodle’s first beach trip and he had a blast. House was great…had what we needed for cooking and the recliners in the den were great for watching football. Restaurants on the Cape, Indian Pass, and PSJ aren’t too far of a drive.

Spent our fall break at the house and it was exactly as advertised! Our family had a great time. Close to the beach and cart was awesome for carrying our chairs and umbrellas to the beach! Nick was great and very responsive with communication! Looking forward to next time!!

Amazing

Such a great stay— house was clean, beautiful, comfortable. Peaceful neighborhood and beach. Host was wonderful, sufficient/quick but not overbearing communication and answered our myriad questions (we had 3 young kids and a disabled elderly family member and needed to know a lot! All 4 were very comfortable and happy, btw). Would 100% come here again and likely will!

Fabulous Stay in Cape San Blas!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa del Sol! The house was clean and comfortable. We loved the reclining sofas! The sand volleyball and pickleball courts right off the back porch were fun and convenient. The walk to the beach was very short and the storage shed was stocked with all the beach necessities - wagon, lots of chairs, sun shade, toys, etc. You cannot beat this beach location - calm water, white sand, and not crowded. Nick, the host, was extremely helpful and communicative. We will definitely be returning to Casa del Sol!

Friends Trip

This house was perfect for our stay! We had 5 couples (10 adults) and this was perfect for us! The house had everything we needed. The back porch was awesome. Comfortable couches. TVs worked great. Appliances were new and worked wonderfully. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future trips and will be recommending to others.
