Details: Three Palms is a recently remodeled 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front home that sleeps 10 in the Gulf Pine neighborhood of Cape San Blasñ€”between Port St. Joe and Apalachicola. With beach access directly behind the house, guests will love being only minutes away from the breathtaking blue-green waters. This pet-friendly beach house offers comfortable accommodations on the one-of-a-kind Forgotten Coast.

This 2-story stilted beach house is the perfect escape for those seeking comfort and outdoor entertainment. An outdoor space below the home features porch swings, an outdoor shower, and rocking chairs to take in the sounds of waves crashing along the shore.

Ascend the stairs to a welcoming first-floor great room with beach-inspired décor that adds to the tranquil atmosphere. The living area is perfectly designed for cozy evenings in, with a comfortable sofa and loveseat, wall-mounted TV, and access to an expansive covered porch that offers terrific Gulf vistas and plenty of new outdoor seating. The well-equipped kitchen with Frigidaire appliances and a large pantry will delight any aspiring chef. The colorful 6-stool breakfast bar is ideal for early morning coffee or a quick bite. The adjacent 6-seat dining table is perfectly situated in front of a lovely bay window that opens onto impressive Gulf views. Behind the stairs, kids and teens can relax in the built-in reading nook with plush seating and a filled bookcase nearby. Finally, guests can retire to the 2 relaxing bedrooms on this floorñ€”1 primary bedroom with fantastic Gulf views from a bay window and 1 guest bedroom with gorgeous natural lighting. Thereñ€ℱs also a washer and dryer for added convenience.

The 3 remaining bedrooms are located on the second floorñ€”2 guest bedrooms with double beds and 1 other guest bedroom with access to a private balcony with seating to admire the views.

Three Palms is a stunning vacation home with lots of space and wonderful amenities, including on-site parking for 3 vehicles under the carport and 2 more in the driveway. Whether planning a family trip or a romantic getaway, this property has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Summer Vacation Week

We had a great week. This house was perfect for a low key, laid back vacation week before the summer ends and life gets crazy again. The beach was great, very small crowds and often felt like we had the beach to ourselves with just a few others very spaced out. House is just as advertised. Had everything we needed/wanted. Room to park our 24ft center console in the driveway with no issues. Easy access to 2 boat ramps. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Three Generation Vacation

This 5 bedroom 3 bath beach front house with fully equipped kitchen, large deck and beautiful ocean views throughout the house was just what we needed for our 3 generation family getaway. Our only complaint was that the week passed much too quickly.

Sweet Summertime

This home was perfect for our family of ten. Even the little kids could walk back and forth from the home to the beach alone. We had a beach bonfire every night and played games until it was so dark we could not see. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals. There are no houses on either side of you which allows plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend this over and over.

As Advertised....

The house is clean, well supplied and situated perfectly on the beach with easy access. Being on a quiet street and the new fence is perfect for children and pets! Just be prepared to drive a ways to go out to eat....

Family Spring Break etaway

Overall stay was ideal for our family of 6. Our college-aged kids arriving at different times from different places, lots of meals and plenty of relaxation and games. The kitchen was smallish and a little dated, but we loved the sleeping options and the easy access to the beach. Beautiful front porch to take in sunrise and sunset. We'd stay here again for sure.

Nice Place but needs a little

A nice oceanfront house with plenty of room. Fantastic beach and views from the deck and property. Hopefully they will finish the new remodel soon. The Internet/TV (Wifi also) was horrific and there was no solution from them. It kept cutting in and out by the minute/hour/days for two weeks. We had some nice steaks and shrimp to cook on the grill, all prepared and went to throw them on the grill and the propane was empty from the get go. The microwave stopped working and the clothes washer was loud, but we just did loads when we were not there. All and all a nice beachfront house but needs a little better overseer to insure the property is ready and maintained while guests are there.

Charming home away from home

This was our second visit to the area and we were very excited to be staying right on the beach this time! This house was very clean and felt like a home away from home. So charming! There was enough space for our group to spread out but still feel close together. We were a short drive to the local town with great little restaurants and shops but still far enough out to have our privacy. Walking right off the balcony porch to the shoreline at dawn was breathtaking. Based on this trip, I'd feel confident booking with this host again.

Perfect for our family

This was a special trip. All of our children are adults who have young children. We provided the location and they helped with groceries. The beach was perfect. Not crowded at all...as a matter of fact it was like we had the beach to ourselves much of the time. We took our dogs. Be sure to keep them leashed though. Apparently there is a pretty large citation if not. We built a fire on the beach one night. A good local restaurant I suggest is Indian Pass Raw Bar which is just a half mile down the road...not fancy but great food. We would definitely go back!

This is a beautiful property. Right on the water. Great spaces to enjoy the views, the sand, the beach and just hang out. Our grandkids could just run right to the beach from the back door. Our best beach experience ever!

Vacay 2021

We just loved our stay at Three Palms!! We are used to staying in Destin, Fort Walton, or Panama City Beach areas but I probably won’t ever again after staying in Port St. Joe / Cape San Blas!! So nice to not have to fight traffic and long lines when going out to dinner, and there were plenty of great restaurants to choose from without having to travel very far!! The beach was beautiful and seemed just like our own private beach!! The house was beautiful too and just perfect for us, our adult children and grandkids!! Can’t wait to come back!!❀
