The private driveway offers plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. On the ground level you will find a large, fenced pool/entertainment space including an outdoor shower, shell/fish cleaning station, outdoor kitchen w/gas grill all overlooking a large, heated pool (for extra charge). There is a half bath on this level along with a mudroom including an extra refrigerator and undercounter ice maker.
Taking the elevator up to the second level you will find four ensuite bedrooms, a gulf front family room and laundry facilities. The third level is also serviced by the elevator, features the large living room, dining area overlooking the screened in gulf front deck. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances and a large pantry for all your provisions. Two additional bedroom suites round out this level and bring the sleeping capacity to a total of 16!
Professionally decorated and stuffed with many extras other homes can only dream of, “Heart” is the place where families gather and memories are made! Cape San Blas is a fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, boutique shopping and a full-service marina.
