-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

We had 7 adults, 4 children, and 2 dogs (needed a pet-friendly accommodation)staying at the home for 1 week. The home was very clean and well supplied. The use of the golf cart was much appreciated and useful. We enjoyed both pools and the beach. The kitchen and laundry room were well used. There was plenty of seating for our party of 11. We were able to fit our 3 vehicles in the driveway. The yards were nice (with a fenced back yard area). We felt safe in the house and neighborhood. It would have been nice to have a third bathroom (or at least a half-bath).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Such an amazing family vacation location!

The communication was amazing. The house was clean and had lots of attention to detail, touch lamps and multiple usb charging ports were a plus we didn’t know we needed. The golf carts and bikes were much appreciated to use for beach and pool access and also to check out the views of the sunset and the little shopping strip in the other Windmark subdivision. The house is close to restaurants, shops, and grocery. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The house had most of the main essentials kitchen wise to make dinners at home. If you’re on the fence, give it a go! Our party of 11 people aged 6-60 can’t wait to go back!

Great property with lots to do!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PSJ. The home had all the basics and plenty of space for our group of 9. There are two pools - a small one which is only 0.3 miles from the house. The large pool is a couple of miles from the house, but we got to it easily in the golf cart on a path Windmark beach is beautiful and close enough that when a storm rolled in, we could run home, have lunch and go back when it cleared. I would estimate it took us about 3 minutes by golf cart. The Blackstone is wonderful for grilling and we used it for breakfast too. Restaurants in the area are crowded and most close at 9. Be aware and head out for dinner early, especially if you have a large group. We used the bikes and cornhole and really enjoyed that as well. Ice maker makes cubes really quickly and saved is lots of trips to the store to buy ice. Overall, great accommodations and trip.
