Indulge in chill afternoons with the group, or make it a kid’s hangout spot. The fun continues outside, where a grill, picnic table, and patio sectional sit in the shade. Venture past the gate to find another picnic table, chaise loungers, and Adirondack chairs surrounding a glistening private pool. At the end of the backyard is a path to the beach for fun along the shore.

The second-level living, dining, and kitchen spaces are seamlessly connected, offering clear views of the glittering Gulf from every corner of the room. Grab a bowl of buttery popcorn and gather in the living room for a movie night—there’s plenty of seating with a couch, loveseat, and 2 armchairs. Enjoy slow-paced mornings making pancakes in the chef’s kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances and a 4-stool breakfast bar. When evening falls, guests can choose between retiring to the guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom or the bunk room with a full-over-full bed.
