Easy Beach Access, Steps From The Beach, Single Level~ Sweet Destiny

Sweet Destiny is located on C-30, midway between Port St. Joe and Indian Pass. This beach home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath single family home and is located a very short walk to the public beach access. With a western facing screened deck, there are fantastic gulf views from either the outdoor dining table or the hammock swing.

This portion of the gulf coast is fantastic for surf fishing and crabbing for those looking to test their luck in catching a meal. It’s also a wide and more private beach, great for dogs and kids to roam, look for shells and build sandcastles.

Once inside, everything is arranged all on one level. With an open living area and kitchen, your group can enjoy one another while preparing and enjoying a meal. The bedrooms are an ideal size for resting your head and night and prepping for the next day’s adventure.

Floor Plan: under house – outdoor shower, fish cleaning area and covered/paved parking. 1st floor – screened, gulf view deck with outdoor dining and hammock swing; living room with TV, kitchen, Bedroom 1 with queen bed, TV, a separate shower stall inside of room and private bathroom with toilet and sink; full bath with shower/tub combo; and Bedroom 2 – queen bed and TV.

Sweet Destiny the BEST

Great property, very neat and clean and well appointed. A bear or large dog got the trash can one night, but we just picked the stuff up and made sure that the latches were secure. The access road directly to the beach from the property is more awesome than anything. We had a rented golf cart which made the property even more amazing. We loved our week here and memories for a lifetime.

Very nice

We enjoyed the property very much! The only complaint I have, is the master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable! I woke up with back pains everyday! Sometimes to the extent i couldn't even walk on the beach or do much of anything! Once we switched to spare bedroom (waited way to long,5 days) our backs felt much better! I would highly suggest, that owners replace the master bedroom mattress!! It actually ruined my vacation for 5 days! That being said, was totally our fault for waiting to switch to spare bedroom bed! Otherwise, perfect location and house! I am only giving it a lower star rating, due to the master bedroom mattress being so uncomfortable, otherwise, i would rate 5 stars

Last summer get a way

House was clean and close walk to beach. The beds were way too soft for our liking, so if u have have issues like we do keep this in mind. We did notice a stale wet type small from the rug in the living area. I would guess it had to do with the type of material the rug was made of (like a woven kite type rug) and with animals being allowed at this property, the small could be from them laying on the rug. It would be a hard rug to clean to remove the smell. It was not overwhelming but you could definitely smell it just sitting on the couch. Our stay was great overall. Would recommend the property with those two things in mind.

Property was great, property managers less so

We had a great experience with the house and our stay, however the property management at Pristine Properties failed to give us the door code and when after hours staff was called they gave me incorrect information and overall were no help at all. Luckily there was someone in the office still who gave us the door code. I emailed a complaint with no response from the company. Otherwise, we had a great time!

We loved it!

This home was perfect for my family of 3! Everything was exactly as described and pictured, actually maybe even better. The beds were so comfy, sheets soft, and we found extra pillows in the closets which was a bonus. This property is an easy 1-2 minute walk to the beach, even closer than I thought it would be. Everything is very clean and updated. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Clean Property with Gulf View

We would definitely stay here again. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one was one of our favorites. Very clean and updated, very nice new screened in porch/deck and plenty of room to spread out. We only had a party of three, but this would work fine for two couples or a family. You can see the gulf from the screened in porch as the property is only a block off the beach. We were lucky to have found this location and would stay here again if we ever return to Port St. Joe
