Sleeping up to 14 guests, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom beach home offers front-row access to the water and 2 furnished decks with unobstructed Gulf views. Spend relaxed days searching for shells on the shore or visiting nearby St. Joseph Peninsula State Park.

A private lanai welcomes guests to this 3-level home with a hot tub, propane grill, and an outdoor shower. Venture inside to find a pool table, lounge seating, 47†TV, and kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator in the recreation room.

Take the stairs or private elevator to the main level, where Gulf views provide a shimmering backdrop to the open-concept great room. High ceilings, hardwood floors, and pops of color throughout the combined living, dining, and kitchen space create a cheerful, coastal ambiance. After a day of beach-fueled fun, sink into one of 2 plush sofas for a movie on the 49†TV or join friends for a game of cards around the 6-seat dining table. A fully equipped kitchen with Whirlpool appliances and a spacious breakfast bar inspires meals of fresh, local seafood. We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was directly on the beach and had amazing views from most windows in the home. The decks were large and nice to relax on and read a book. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and quick to rectify any issues.

This location is amazing. The beach is plentiful there and the sites are amazing. We’ve been here several times, but this location is the best.

Great house! Beach access was fantastic and super close proximity to all sorts of stores/shops (ice cream shop, donut shop, seafood market, pizza, market and more!). We had an unbelievable time!

Awesome house on the beach

This is a great place for a family to enjoy a vacation on the beach. The three master suites, two bedrooms with bunk beds, and all those bathrooms were great for extended families. The beach was quiet and beautiful, and great for kids.

Place was clean and the location was great! Footsteps from beach. TVs need to be upgraded but work fine just are small. Needs more dish towels and some upgrades for kitchen supplies, mostly pans. Overall a 4.5 stars thou. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our week long stay. There was a small issue that was caught before we arrived and the hard working maintenance man resolved it on day one. The house was spacious with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of games for entertainment. The access to the beach was ideal and we were amazed with the amount of sealife we saw. The sunsets did not disappoint amd we were able to enjoy the incredible views from the back decks. We also enjoyed the short walk to an ice cream stand a block away. The house and area were exactly what we were hoping for. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Honeymoon Getaway

My husband and I stayed at the property for our honeymoon and could not have had a better experience. The house was gorgeous and very well maintained and clean. There were two small issues we had that were taken care of immediately by the rental group and I was beyond impressed. We would definitely stay again!

Phenomenal home for a group of friends!

Home was as described, great location, we all loved being right on the beach, lots of walks, beach time, boche ball on the beach, shelling, coffee and drinks on the deck, biking the trail, walks to The Trading Post, the Shrimp Shop, delicious food at Long Bill's, ice cream at Cone Heads. Spent a fun day at Apalachicola and in Port St Joe. Great area of Florida!!!

Great stay

We loved the house and the location. We had a group of 3 families and the accommodations were great. We were all super comfortable and had enough room for a group of 14 (and plenty of bathrooms). The house was very clean and had a lot of positives. (Fans available, extra fridge downstairs, plenty of towels, patio tables overlooking the beach, just to name a few). We will be coming back!

Steps from the beach

We came to CSB with half of our kid's senior class. Of all the homes we visited, ours was the very best. Steps from the beach, it was easy to return to the house to use the restroom or get a snack. The downstairs pool room/bathroom was not connected to the main house so very quiet for those who turned in early. Need something to eat? Walk to the end of the short road for a delicious lunch of low country boil - or simply an ice cream snack. This house was perfect for what we needed.

We will be back!

This is the second time staying on this property. We love the convience to the beach and the property itself. Plenty of space for sleeping, workable elevator, 6 bathrooms and a pool table are great assets. I would suggest an updated TV system and easier for elderly to use. Would love to see a screened in porch but overall nothing really to complain abt. Hope to see yall next Sept!

Good weekend get away!

We enjoyed our stay at this house! It’s very conveniently located close to local shops, right on the beach. We did have an issue checking in as the door codes wouldn’t work. However, the host was quick to assist. We did notice a few roaches as mentioned on another review. There also wasn’t anywhere to put our trash as the two trash cans provided were slam full upon arrival, idk if that was related to the holiday pick up schedule or what. Overall it was a good stay!

Home away from Home

San-gra- la is one of our favorite houses and we have stayed in many over the years. But, VRBO was very difficult to get in touch with and took over 24 hours to call me back. The air conditioning worker was prompt and very nice. The hot tub needed to be cleaned from guest to guest but only cleaned 2 times a week. Sand was in the hot tub when we got there. We had no dish rags or dish soap. Overall cleanliness was great.

the property was clean and comfy and perfectly situated along the beach. you cannot rent a golf cart when staying here. The pool table room is only accessible from outside. it was raining and in the 40s during our stay, so that was inconvenient. Also we would have preferred the option of beach rental equipment or not, but since they charge you automatically we had some delivered, but we never used it. all the services were great. our door code did not work upon arrival but within 5 min of me leaving a message, we had access. the property managemnt crew is definitley top notch

Great spot; fluke AC issue

We were very pleased with the house (as advertised) and the location (great private beach access). We did have one minor issue. The house was 85 degrees when we arrived (and rising) and, despite the ACs running at full blast, couldn't get below 80 until late the next morning. That was a bummer and made for a pretty miserable first night for our family reunion. The management company was not particularly responsive to my voicemails or emails about it and did not any any time express any empathy or regret about the situation (which it seems they could have prevented, or at least communicated to us in advance). Ultimately it was resolved, however, and did not prevent us from enjoying the beach. Recognizing that was a fluke issue, I would still recommend.
