Continue past the foyer and adjacent laundry room into an open living, dining, and kitchen space adorned with aqua blue walls, blue-and-white décor, and jute rugs for a casual coastal environment. After a day spent on the beach, gather on the living room’s 2 soft sofas and plush armchair to wind down the night watching movies on the 75†Roku TV. The fully equipped kitchen features KitchenAid appliances, a blender, and Keurig combo coffee maker—perfect for early morning cups of Joe or smoothies! Share meals at the nearby dining table with 3 chairs and a wraparound bench, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Glass doors off the living space open to a screened-in porch with cushioned seating area and an alfresco table for 8, where guests can savor the ocean air. At bedtime, enjoy a restful night in either the guest or primary bedroom on this level, each with a king bed, 55†Roku TV, private bathroom, and access to the screened-in porch.
