Located on pet-friendly St. Joe Beach, "Jewel of Paradise" is a beautiful townhouse on a beautiful beach. Here, you'll enjoy uncrowded surroundings while still being in the heart of it all. With all the comforts of home and views you’ll want to return to again and again, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is the perfect coastal getaway.

The open first-floor layout includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a convenient guest bedroom—an ideal gathering space for family and friends after a day of sunning, fishing, snorkeling, shelling, or exploring the beach. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for effortless vacation cooking.

Step out onto the first-floor deck off the living room and take in the stunning Gulf views. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath, and its own deck for enjoying sunsets, sea breezes, and moonlight shimmering over the water. A third bedroom with a queen bed completes the home, and each bedroom is equipped with a television that supports streaming apps for personalized entertainment.

When you call home and they hear the relaxation in your voice—and ask what place could make you sound that way—just tell them, “Jewel of Paradise.”

Jewel of Paradise is a non-smoking unit. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran's Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf.


CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

Second year @ The Jewel. We love this place! Plenty of room for these old friends. The beach access would have been difficult had there been anyone home next door. Their boardwalk goes all the way to the beach. Since there is a new fence is up and you have to stay off the dunes, not quite sure how we would have maneuvered. Could not use the dryer as the knob was broken and the TV in small room upstairs only plays DVD’s. Just a couple of small inconveniences, but we will be back!! Thanks for sharing your home!!

Four longtime friends enjoying time away. We love this location and the home. Plenty of room, and the beach view was awesome! The best part is being so close to the water. Everything was so nice! We will be back!

Furniture was horrible

The furniture in the property is cheap and extremely uncomfortable. The beds are hard as rocks. My husband is 6 2" and 250 lbs and couldn't sit on the sofa and the chairs are low to the ground with low backs. 4 adults couldn't sit comfotably at all. I don't see how more than 4 people can even stay here due to the seating in the small living area. The property manager offered to move us which was AMAZING; however, we had an infant and my daughter didn't want to pack everything up. It was miserable. Being on the beach was great for sure, but try another place. Also, not a lot of places to go eat.

Family Vacation

Had a great time with friends and family...love the short walk to the beach and love that there were very few people to "clutter" up around us since this is a town home vs high rise or hotel...the water cleared up nicely the last few days...so over all, great time as far as beach and visiting with family...the condo would be so much better without carpet...and since there is carpet please provide a vacuum for those of us who will use it...and needs a small pantry area...other wise, the place was great...a few things to consider having on hand would be: vacuum iron / iron board: (did dinner one night and needed to iron shirt) hair dryer crock pot still, the stay was great...as far as giving 4 stars for check in...the place where we checked in were great...just easier to not have to go to a place to get key codes to check in when it could be provided in a text or email once we paid that way not trying to rush to office before it closes to pick up keys or codes...yep, just nit picky things, but makes stays easier and more comfortable ;)

This property is in excellent condition The location is great...right on the beach. You can hear street noise from the traffic on Hwy 98 The unit next to this one was being repaired from what looked to be past hurricane damage. This did add some additional noise We loved the low-key beach life of St Joe Beach

Very nice condo with beach view

We booked this rental the owner and manager were great to work with. We had a great stay and enjoyed the condo very much. The master suite was amazing with a gorgeous view of the beach. The master bathroom was fabulous! In late October when we visited, we had the beach to our self another special treat. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative was mother nature the red tide had come in and there were dead fish all over the beach. We had a 5 star stay in the condo I would recommend it.

Wonderful property, will definitely be back!

Jewel of Paradise is just that. Located right on the beach (my favorite part), you can literally walk out the back down and down a short walkway to be on the white sands of Port St. Joe Beach. Even in the middle of July, there were just a few groups of people nearby so we were able to just put our stuff out right in front of the house. We never felt like it was too crowded. People were able to fish and give others plenty of room to swim or walk on the shore. The actual property itself was great. You can pull a vehicle under the home and walk right in the door. There is a little covered porch area where we rinsed off the sand before entering the house after the beach, and also where we stored our beach supplies like umbrella and chairs. FYI, you should plan on bringing your own chairs and umbrella as these are not provided like with some other properties. The rooms are nicely decorated and the master bathroom is adorable! The beds are firm. There are plenty of towels. Bring your own laundry and dishwasher detergent. There was hand soap and dish soap in the kitchen but I don't know that it will always be provided. Kitchen had the basics, but no toaster. Coffee maker is traditional, not for K-Cups. There were lots of filters there for it, but again, not sure that was provided or if it was just left by previous renters. The couch and chairs in the living room area will fold out to become beds but we never used them for that. There is not a dresser in the downstairs bedroom but there is one in both upstairs rooms in the closets. TVs in each bedroom, though we never used any but the main living room one. Table is very big and will seat a lot of people, plus there are some stools at the island. Someone mentioned the bar across the street being loud, we only noticed it one night and they were done with karaoke around 11. My only issues had less to do with the property and more with the actual location. And these are minor. The waves are not big here. That was fine with me but my kids would have rather had bigger ones! The water isn't the blue/green PCB water, but a darker blue. Again, I didn't mind, it was just different. The restaurants in the area are locally owned. Many of them had strange hours and days of operation. Make your plans to go out by researching and calling to make sure they are open. We will definitely be back!

Worth it Just For the View!

We loved sitting on the deck and looking out at the gorgeous sand and gulf waters. The condo was perfect for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Could sleep 7 if someone slept on pull out couch which was as large as a single bed. The beach wasn't crowded for a busy holiday weekend which was great. Very clean condo, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked kitchen. Were able to park 2 cars and a truck in the drive. Direct beach access was a plus. The only negative comments are the very hard beds in the rooms and the loud karaoke bar right across the street. We would definitely stay there again but would bring our own mattress toppers with us because the beds were really that hard.
