Welcome to "Gone Coastal" Enjoy all that Windmark Beach has to offer with a retreat to this newer home (Built in 2021). The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sits just two blocks from the beach, it is an easy 5 min walk or shorter bike ride to the beautiful white sand of the Gulf coast. This home features all the amenities you would expect to have to entertain the entire family. With Roku TV's in every room, 2 E-Bikes and 7 beach cruiser bikes plus a tag along for the littles, 2 paddle boards that convert into a kayak, and we even provided 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs with 3 beach umbrellas. Amazing location with one of the closest homes to the Windmark Village town center Restaurants, Live music, ice cream and candy shops are all with in a short walk. The Resort style pool (Heated in Winter) offers plenty of lounge chairs with a beach entry for the kids. Have fun ridding around the village in the 6 seat custom lifted golf cart (included) enjoying the sunsets and soaking up the sun. "Newly added patio with a smoke less Fire Pit" and yes the firewood is provided. There is no better place to come stay for a relaxing beach vacation! If you are tired of all the traffic and hustle and bustle of Destin and Panama City Beach then this is the place for you. This is where small town Southern charm meets the ocean. Enjoy unbelievable sunsets around a bonfire on the white sand beaches. The town of Port St. Joe has something for everyone, from shopping the local shops to exploring the light house in the harbor, to sight seeing tours, boat rentals and fishing charters. The Windmark Community felt like a high end resort with its manicured lawns, heated pool, and elegant Christmas lighting. This home was perfect for two small families and we all felt comfortable in the open kitchen, dining, and living room space. The kids enjoyed the arcade games and we all loved riding the bikes. The final special touch was loading up on the golf cart and riding through “town” to the beach. The host is easy to reach, responsive, and kind. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Really nice house and yard. Family friendly with a lot of games and beach gear. We enjoyed the electric bikes also. It was very convenient to drive the golf cart to the beach or pool. The pool was also very nice and big with a splash pad and playground.

Wonderful

The accommodations were wonderful. The use of the golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and grab food at the main area of Windmark beach. It was never busy and a cute hideaway. So much wildlife! Our favorite part was just chilling on the beach watching the sunsets every evening. If we came back, we'd stay here again. It was a lovely area, lovely home, and we made some great memories.

Wonderful place for a family trip!

Had everything you need to go to the beach. House was big and roomy. We had a great time. House was well stocked. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. Ebikes were so fun! Very handy to have the golf cart. We used both a lot!

Spring Break 25

The location, golf cart, bikes and sand toys were fantastic and was so nice to have available. The large golf cart made it easy to get the family and our supplies to the pool and beach. Only downside, the unit could have been cleaner especially for the cleaning fee we pay. The floors were very dirty. We didn’t have soap for showers, which was supposed to be included pursuant to the listing. The grill really needs a deep clean between guests, there was a lot of cheese caked on it and took while to make it useable.Overall a solid 4.5/5 stars we would totally come back again. We really did enjoy our stay. Thank you. Side note. The owners had great communication with us. Easy to text and fast to respond.

Fantastic getaway

The property was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend that someone just look under the couch cushions. We were looking for a remote in the living room and looked under the cushions, and just a lot of what looked to be food crumbs were under there. The house was very nice, and I would recommend it to others and stay again myself.

We had a very relaxing stay. The property was as listed. Elissa was very responsive and answered any questions we have. The beds were very comfortable and lots of nice "extras" - arcade games, board games, golf cart, bikes, etc. It was a great place for a girls' weekend. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay

My family and I consider ourselves world travelers. After returning from China from business we needed a nice calm place to relax. This was the perfect place to do that. The house was bigger than it looks online. The house had everything you would need. It really did feel like a home away from home. The golf cart was a nice touch and made it easy to get to the beach and pool. The paddle board was fun but it was heavy to carry. So it was one and done for us. We loved the way the house was decorated. The fire pit was nice to sit around at the end of the day with family. The town gets very quiet after 9pm which is very relaxing. Some advice to all travelers. The black flies in Port St Joe bite. Over all we had a great time and my family loved it and we plan on going back next year. We just hope this house is available next time. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
