SWEETWATER est une belle, récemment rénové la maison 1er niveau, 3 chambres, véranda, salle à plate-forme, l'accÚs à proximité d'une grande piscine communautaire chauffée solaire et belle plage de Cape San Blas. La maison est bien équipée avec de nouveaux meubles, appareils électroniques et appareils ménagers. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine haut de gamme et des couteaux - ce qui rend le dßner un jeu d'enfant!

Sweetwater offre une vue magnifique du Golfe, une superbe véranda et 2 terrasses ouvertes. Il est à quelques pas seulement, soit le sable blanc de la plage de Cape San Blas ou la grande piscine communautaire. Les deux sont accessibles via la passerelle pratique. Les rÚgles communautaires ne permettront 8 personnes dans cette maison de plage ..

The location of this house can’t be beat. Located in a nice cul de sac with views of the gulf. It is a short and easy walk to the beach and pool. Perfect location for families with small children. The location to Port Saint Joe was also great. You could easily get to restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes of the home.Overall cleanliness of the house was very poor. Dusty artificial plants in every room. Cigarette ashes on the screened in porch. The floor was very dirty and turned everyone’s feet black when walking without shoes. Bath towels with permanent stains on them. We reported the staining on the towels immediately upon arrival, they said that new towels were ordered, however, they did not arrive by the end of our week and so we ended up just washing and using the provided towels. There was also a significant problem with flies in the home. In a 3 day period we killed close to 75 flies in the property.We love Cape San Blas and this house was in a great location at a great price, however, the overall cleanliness of the property fell far below our expectations. The management company was very prompt in their response when I brought all of these issues to their attention, however, no changes were able to be made during our stay.

Perfect beach getaway

We loved our stay at this property! The proximity to the beach and pool were a huge bonus especially for my mobility challenged, elderly mom. The kitchen is well stocked, and having a laundry room was a life saver. We also enjoyed the covered screened in porch for watching the thunderstorms roll in. The next door neighbor is a friendly local, and a great resource for recommendations!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cape San Blas! This home was perfect for what we needed. Nice beds, clean rooms and plenty of things to use in the kitchen! We enjoy cooking while we are on vacation and this home had everything needed! Short walk to the beach and pool. Only about 15 minutes to the grocery store at St Joe.

Lovely location and great accommodations

Our first ever visit to Cape San Blas! The walk to the beach was beautiful, the house was lovely (upstairs master bedroom is a little warm though, shut the door to keep it cooler), the kids loved having access to the pool! My only issue is that check in time is 4pm, which seems really late, especially since you are being charged the full day. And check out time is 10am. Overall it was a great experience and I can’t wait to come back to Cape San Blas! Also, visit Tortuga Moon for souvenirs, part of the proceeds is donated to turtle conservation!

Great Location

My family and I really enjoyed our trip, but it could have been better if the yard and home had been maintained better. The location is great with easy access to both the beach and pool. The beds were comfortable but the upstairs bedroom stayed hot making it difficult to sleep. The bathrooms and kitchen were beautiful. We couldn’t use the screened porch because of the excessive dog hair. The rug in the living room should be cleaned better if dogs are allowed because there was an issue with dog hair there also. The towel rack in the upstairs bathroom needs to be tightened since the rod will fall if you hang a towel on it. The upstairs shower drains slowly so you will be standing in an inch of water when you shower. The downstairs bathroom had dried soap in the shower. There are dead limbs hanging over the back steps which are covered with mold/mildew. The grass needs cutting and weeds have taken over around the steps and parking area. The “beach items” were worn out chairs and an old cooler. So it was a good thing we bought our own. If someone did want to use them they would have to fight through the weeds. The area around the back steps looks like it belongs to an abandoned house. I know this sounds very negative BUT we did enjoy our stay. We just feel if these issues are addressed future guests will have a better experience.

Best Stocked Kitchen and Close to Beach

We were very comfortable in this beautiful home. We had a very small dog and the owner provided a large dog bed, bowls, even towels for drying our Bloomer from his outside shower. The kitchen is very well stocked with every sort of pan, pot, containers, serving dishes, even appliances. Ad doesn't mention it, but in addition to a coffee pot, there is a Keurig. Also, there is a substantial beach wagon and a large assortment of boogie boards. My daughter said the roll away bed was the most comfortable she had ever slept in and a good size. The pool was a good size, and well maintained. It got a lot of use since there were red flags all week. We look forward to visiting again.

Well Maintained Property

We enjoyed our stay at this very well maintained house. We had all we needed and we’re just steps away from the beach or the pool. This house was one of the closest to the beach in this neighborhood. The property managers were very responsive to our needs.

Wonderful location, convenient to beach

This home was incredibly nice. We loved our stay and would like to go back. We were so grateful to be able to bring our fur-babies (2 dachshunds) who loved the beach. The beach was incredible - very peaceful, not too crowded. Kitchen was great. Master suite upstairs was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

We finished up our vacation in this lovely beach home. 2-4 min walk to the beach along the board walk and a nice ocean view from front deck! This home was spotless on the inside with an extremely comfortable master bed! We throughly enjoyed our few nights in the nice house

Excellent Choice

Beautiful home. Great location. Excellent beach. Communication and support from host was great. Definitely a place we will add to our return list. Close enough to Port St Joe to enjoy access to stores and restaurants. But located on a quite cul-de-sac with a short board walk to the beach. Great BBQ restaurant within walking distance and kayak rental across the street for the more adventurous explorers.

The home was nice and well appointed. Neighborhood was nice too. But there were definitely issues.

The house was nice, well appointed. Close to the beach. However there were numerous issues. In the description of the property it said the community had a heated pool. One main reason we chose this home. It was not heated, very upsetting. The bar-b-que grill was disgustingly dirty, totally unusable. We had bought steaks at the store for Christmas dinner, and ending up having to cook them on the stove, not at all what we planned. All the outdoor lights did not function, the patios, front porch, parking area. So not safe coming home at night and having to climb the stairs. Also the drain in the master shower was slow draining, not pleasant. We still had a good time, but the things I mentioned are easy to fix and should be addressed. The home was nice, especially on the inside. But it was clearly the most neglected and unkept home in the immediate neighborhood. We would consider staying there again if the issues are addressed.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Nicely decorated. It was supposed to have dishwasher soap and laundry detergent but there was non there. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed for repair. We picked this property specifically because it had a pool

Beautiful house and great location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking and eating in. The location is great and the house is very close to the Gulf--just a short walk to the beach!
