Welcome to Havenly Bliss!

Located on North Cape San Blas, you will be able to see stunning beachfront views from the house, porch and private gazebo at the end of the boardwalk. Formally known as Mimi's Sandcastle, this 6 bed/3 bath wonderful gulf front home is perfect for large/multiple families and is along one of the best stretches of beach on the entire Cape. Pet Friendly for up to 3 dogs with applicable pet fees!!!

This home features 2 separate living quarters:

Main level:
- 4 bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Full, 2 Twin Bunks) and two full bathrooms
- Full stocked kitchen
- Laundry
- Massive Living Room and Screened porch overlooking the beach

Separate Lower Level Apartment (Handicap Friendly):
- 2 bedrooms (1 King & 1 Full/Full Bunk)
- Handicap friendly full bathroom with roll-in shower and grab bars (not fully ADA compliant)
- Living Room
- Full stocked Kitchen (quartz countertops, LVP flooring, custom cabinetry and tiles)
- Laundry
- Elevator connecting the Lower and Main Level

**Please note the elevator may be used throughout your stay, but be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If any issues arise during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee**

This home also features one of the best private boardwalks and the ONLY gazebo on all of Cape San Blas. Conveniently located near shopping and eateries on the North Cape, this location is western-facing for amazing sunsets over the Gulf every night. House sits on a large, 64' wide Gulf front lot with plenty of room to spread out. Don't miss this opportunity to be beachfront on North Cape in such a prime location!

Looking for pool access? Newly renovated Rish Park is only a 1.5 mile drive, walk, or bike ride away! See photos for Rish Park amenities that include a huge pool, nice restrooms/showers, and beach access to one of the best sections of beach on all of Cape San Blas.

The parking area is suitable for up to 6 vehicles (4 spaces covered), or a couple of vehicles and a small boat. There is also a beach gear shed with tons of beach gear for guest use.

With all this I saved the best for last. You can still have bonfires (can you say oyster roasts?!?) on the beach and even ride horses with the local stables. We have fished right in front of our home, caught dinner, and then cooked it on the beach. This is definitely old Florida with beautiful sand and water as well as complete relaxation. You are going to LOVE IT!

Great place but 2 problems. 1. Both dryers for clothes were terrible. Don’t dry 2. Most uncomfortable beds ever. Like sleeping in jello. Other than those, fantastic place. Would stay there again if those 2 things were fixed. Thanks

Perfect family getaway! The house was clean, comfortable, and a very short walk to the beach. Plenty of space for the kids, and our dog felt right at home. Great outdoor area for relaxing and the host made everything easy.

Everything was great except for the master king bed. It would be nice to have higher chairs on the porch. Also the ants were pretty bad in the kitchen. Overall we had a great time and the amenities were good!

70th birthday gathering

Decided on Cape San Blas for our destination because dogs were allowed and bonfires on the beach. It was friends and family celebrating my 70th birthday. Loved the location and the house was awesome. Great decor and the view was magnificent. We all loved the quiet neighborhood. We also had an older lady that was able to walk down to the beach from the main house to the gazebo without any stairs. Went and had lunch and shopping in Port St. Joe and loved the food and quant feel of the town. Will definitely be back one day

Havenly Bliss!!

What a great place to stay for a group of 10-13 family and friends! This place was super clean, right in the beach, and was full of supplies. Including beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, kayaks, fishing supplies, etc. My only recommendation would be to have a couple more board games maybe. But that’s really minimal. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to booking again!!!

Perfect week at the cape

This house was absolutely perfect. Ranging from 83 to 1 in ages, the no stair access to the gazebo, elevator and distinct spaces for our families gave us the room we needed to be able to relax & enjoy. 10/10, exceptional!

Very accurate listing, Very clean and wonderful for relaxing inside and out! We all loved the gazebo and screened porch. Perfect for toddlers to be in the shade or elderly parents that don’t care to be in the sand so much. Host was very prompt with replying to adding a dog to our reservation. We highly recommend visiting this area and we hope to visit again and will definitely try to stay at this same house!

First Ever Family Vacay

We had an 82 year old along with a 72 year old handicapped adult plus 2 teens and 6 other adults and this house was perfect. Equipped with an elevator was fantastic!! Location and amenities also perfect! Will certainly recommend to large grouos.

Beautifully renovated house steps to the beach

Fit our family of 15 with plenty of room to spread out. Excellent quiet location. Loved the private boardwalk to the beautiful beaches, walk to local store and ice cream. Grill needs a little TLC and only had 2 beach chairs so you need to bring your own. Had such a great Thanksgiving here and would definitely come back.

Wonderful house right on the beach!

We love Havenly Bliss! It was the perfect spot for our family of 5! We had plenty of room and could step right onto the beach. The manager was very responsive and the views were unbelievable! We will be back again!

Fun with family

We absolutely loved this house and it’s location! It suited our family perfect! Having three king suites was great! The multi bunks worked great! This time of year was gorgeous and we had our own private beach right in front of the the house! Volleyball,fire pit and star gazing; doesn’t get much better! We hope this is the first of many trips here!
