Welcome to Captains’ Quarters where ocean blues meet resort style fun.


This newly constructed home located on North Cape San Blas features five en-suite bedrooms and a bunk room your kids will remember and ask to return to every year! Outside, enjoy one of the largest pool decks and in-ground pool and spa on the Cape. Relax and take in the sunset on two large, fully furnished outdoor decks. Private beach access is a two minute walk from the house.


The entry level welcomes you with plenty of parking and a ground floor en-suite king bedroom. The second level includes three private en-suite king bedrooms and the bunk room with its private bathroom. All rooms have access to the outdoor deck. Level three offers a large and comfortable open living, kitchen, dining and entertainment space. The well equipped kitchen offers a large island with extra seating, an extensive bar area and two refrigerators. The primary en-suite king bedroom and laundry room are located on this floor. Take in the gulf facing ocean view from the outside deck. An elevator services all three floors.


Outside, experience resort style amenities including an in-ground pool and spa with a splash deck and plenty of sun and shaded seating options. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen, covered patio, bathroom and shower. Don’t forget to stargaze around the fire pit.

Great house, well-appointed and a fully stocked kitchen

One of the best homes we've stayed in and Cape San Blas is beautiful. The kings beds were very comfortable and all the amenities made this a favorite for our crew - extra fridge, spearate ice maker, large gas range, two washer/dryers - one on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor, gas grill, reliable elevator, and A/C worked well. The owners really thought of everything.

The layout, the decor and everything stocked inside the home is done so with wonderful taste and detail. The top floor kitchen and living room offers plenty of space to spread out and play games, watch TV and make a gourmet meal. Every bedroom having its on en-suite bathroom is key!The pool area is safely gated so young childcare cannot access it. There is an abundance of beautiful pool deck furniture so everyone can always find a seat in the shade. The outside bathroom and bar area were just the icing on the cake.Beach access in this home is a breeze. It is a short 4 minute walk to the sand which is easily done with multiple young kids. We also love the close proximity to Coneheads for coffee and ice cream. Coastal Joe’s was an amazing company to rent through. They quickly responded to some maintenance issues that arose after a severe thunderstorm. We cannot wait to stay here again next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was spacious and filled with amenities. Loved the location and short walk to the beach. The bunk room was a favorite for our grandchildren. The negatives included ants, so much so that one couple had to share a room they got so bad, we had small grandchildren with ant bites on their hands and faces. :( My husband had to drive down to the rental office because they didn't show up to treat on Monday as they had promised on Sunday and weren't answering the phone. I understand ants will happen, but the lack of care and effort shown to correct it was troubling. We had to go buy stuff and treat inside ourselves. The property itself was great but the lack of attention to ants is why my review isn't better.

Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a relaxing multi-family vacation with everything you would want or need, do not look any further - - this is the place. The description and the pictures do not do this house justice. We had four families (15 people) rent this property and we all fit comfortably in all the spaces. On the top floor, the open kitchen, the dining room, the family room and the outdoor eating space allowed everyone to eat, watch movies, play board games, complete puzzles, or just hang out all in the same space. There are multiple refrigerators that gave you ample space for your food and beverages. The ice makers were an added bonus! The kitchen has everything that you would need to cook a meal and not to mention top of the line appliances! The views were breathtaking, and you could hear the waves while drinking your cup of coffee in the morning. In regard to the sleeping arrangements, each bedroom having their own closet and bathroom was a game changer. This property also has TWO washer and dryer units. Another game changer! However, paradise was truly the outdoor living space. The TV, the outdoor kitchen, large grill, all the seating space, the hot tub, pool and even fire pit, allowed us to relax, enjoy and all hang out together. Not to mention that you are only a short walk to the private beach. The unit also provided beach chairs and beach toys, so you do not have to bring all of it with you. The rental property also has an option to rent additional equipment, we rented bicycles, that allowed the kids to go out and explore a little bit, grab a bite to eat, or run up to the store. One last thing I would mention is the property also has an outdoor shower and bathroom so there was no need to even go inside the house during the day! Both the owner and the rental company were fabulous to work with and very responsive. We would DEFINITELY rent Captains' Quarters again and would recommend this property to anyone.
