Beautiful coastal cottage in the heart of Old Port Royal Village on 9th Street! We know you will find all the comforts of home here and enjoy time with your family in our friendly, laid back, amazing community! Whether you want to watch the boats go by on the porch or explore all the area has to offer, our home is the perfect getaway.

Enjoy a sunset/water view from one of our two porches! Walk along the water to Sand’s Beach and the Boardwalk where you can look for dolphins and turtles.

This property is newly added to our inventory here at For Rent In Beaufort. However, there are several reliable reviews attached to the photos from previous stays! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns!

Nature lovers will also enjoy our trails at the Cypress Wetlands and viewing the migratory birds that nest in this unique, protected setting. Bird wildlife include shorebirds, wading birds, raptors, white ibis, herons, and egrets.

Paris Avenue, the main street in the Village of Port Royal is just half a block from your front door. With a layout similar to Charleston, Beaufort and Savannah the walking neighborhood is filled with restaurants and shops. Enjoy the quaint coffee shops, breakfast cafes, barbeque, seafood, and pizza parlors all within walking distance! Enjoy the newly added brewery, Shellring Aleworks, located just steps from the property!

We are a five-minute drive from Parris Island, and a ten-minute drive to quaint, historic downtown Beaufort. History buffs will enjoy downtown Beaufort's many historical sites. Stop by the visitor center on Craven Street for information and be sure to take a buggy tour of the town. Art galleries and boutique shops, gift and souvenir shops, antiques dealers, specialty clothing stores all in downtown Beaufort. Enjoy an ice cream cone while sitting on one of the swings at the Henry C. Chambers waterfront park looking over the river.

For your safety and ours, there are two security cameras that automatically record of the exterior of the property; they are pointed towards the front and back entry points. The camera DOES NOT point toward any interior spaces. Please do not tamper with the cameras.

This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell.

We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay.

A smart TV is provided and is available for guests to log into their own streaming services and apps. Cable tv/ live tv is not provided.

No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00.

Please note that Palmetto bugs are a common occurrence in Beaufort and the surrounding Lowcountry region. Due to the area’s humid climate and proximity to marshlands, these insects may occasionally be seen indoors, particularly during periods of high humidity or after heavy rainfall. Palmetto bugs are a natural part of the local environment and are not the same as cockroaches. Their presence does not indicate a lack of cleanliness or an infestation. The property is professionally cleaned and treated regularly by a licensed pest control service to minimize their occurrence.

IMPORTANT Note for USMC Graduation Guests:
If you are booking dates for a Marine Corps graduation, we highly recommend reserving the night of graduation as well. Guests are not typically permitted to bring all luggage onto base, and vehicle checks can cause delays or complications.

While we do our best to accommodate military families coming to support their Marine, please note that we cannot guarantee luggage storage after checkout on graduation day. Additionally, early check-ins and late checkouts are not always possible due to our cleaning team’s schedule and back-to-back reservations. Our cleaners manage multiple properties, and we want to ensure each home is perfectly prepared for every guest.

We loved this place, it was cute, cozy, and exactly what we were looking for. I especially recommend it for any families of new Marines. It is so close to Parris Island and it was a breeze to get to the base, which was a huge plus on those early mornings!We enjoyed our stay here, we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Great home for Parris Island Marine graduation. It’s so close to the base with only a quick 5 minute drive. Located in great walkable town with awesome restaurants, shops and right by the beach and the observation tower. Highly recommend GG’s restaurant that we walked to with outdoor seating and amazing burgers. The neighborhood is so cute and the house had everything we needed. The front porch swing was a hit with the grandparents!

Great Low Country Get Away

House is quaint and comfortable. A stones throw from the intercostal. Beautiful sunsets and restaurants in walking distance. Definitely recommend.

A Mixed Bag

The property was clean. Beds were comfy. Neighborhood was quiet at night. We enjoyed the location - walking distance to virtually everything. However there were a few interior quirks. Blinds were only partially operational due to unattached rods and screen on the back door was detached, allowing bugs and the neighbor dogs to sometimes enter. We reported this to Maddie. Exterior had issues that were - for us - disappointing. Both upper and lower porches needed a good cleaning with grime on the window sills and floors, and used teabags from the previous (?) renters on the upper deck floor. Porch swing was dangerously close to detaching and side table was coming apart. My husband repaired both after we reported this to Maddie. There is no porch fan so bugs were an issue. Sadly the nice lady next door is hard of hearing so her television blared for most of the day. Her dog barked at everyone who passed - making it difficult to enjoy reading on the porch. Despite all this, we were happy to ride our bikes and walk to most everything.
