The master bedroom has a king size bed and adjoining bathroom with vessel sinks granite countertop and tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 2nd upstairs bathroom has a vessel sink, granite countertop and tiled shower. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances, wine fridge and granite countertops. There is also a laundry room upstairs with a washer and dryer. The dining room has a counter height table. The living room has a leather sofa and love seat and a 75" smart TV. Ceiling fans throughout the home and lots of windows to let in all the POC light. Outside, the porch runs the length of the house, faces the intracoastal waterway and has nice breezes with excellent views of the intracoastal, boatramp and froggies! The 4th bedroom is downstairs, it is the overflow "buddy room'. This bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed, and adjoining bathroom. Outside the home downstairs is an octagon picnic table and a conversation table for hanging out visiting.
