BEACH FRONT TOP FLOOR APARTMENT. Looking for a convenient beach holiday, look no further! You cannot beat this location. Beach and town at your doorstep. Town Beach is straight across the road, is patrolled, has a great surf break. Children's playground is straight across the road. Stroll to best café¿s and gourmet restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Enjoy the ocean views from the front balcony. Plenty of space inside the apartment. Great for families and couples. Lock up garage. (NOT AVAILABLE APPROX. FEB/MARCH 2023) Sorry no pets.

1x Queen bed 1x single Âż Third bedroom
1x Bunk bed (2 singles) Âż Fourth bedroom combined study
THE SPACE
Walk up 2 flights of indoor stairs to reach the front door of the apartment. You will find an open plan living, all single level. The front balcony overlooks town beach. The master bedroom with ensuite also has ocean views and balcony access. Down the hallway are 3 more bedrooms and the main bathroom.
When you are not out and about in town, enjoy cooking dinner in the fully renovated modern kitchen. It is equipped with everything you need.
Two TVs, one smart TV, located in main lounge room and second TV in master bedroom. Free wifi.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Linen is included your beds are made, no chores to be done on arrival, simply relax and enjoy!

Taranaki used to be a typical beach house before the apartment block was build here, you can see the historic photos inside the apartment. Taranaki: "Tara" means mountain peak in MÂżori, and "naki" is thought to come from ngaki, meaning "shining"; in a Port Macquarie context we can interpret this as looking at crisp breaking waves with shiny white foam! just across the road from your holiday accommodation.
