Enter downstairs into the open plan living area, one bedroom off the loungeroom and one off the kitchen. Laundry with washing machine and dryer and a completely fenced front area. The kitchen looking out at the lush private garden.
Upstairs has a second living area with an outdoor deck offering ocean views. The vast master bedroom and ensuite also with ocean views and its own private balcony.
