Set on a quiet canal, the home looks out over the water from an upstairs deck, where mornings start with coffee and a breeze and evenings wind down with the sun over the channel.



Inside, a bright, beachy main level brings together the living room, dining area, and a full kitchen, all under vaulted ceilings and filled with natural light. A king primary suite tops the home on its own upper level, while a fun bunk room makes it easy to bring the kids. It is an easygoing base for a family getaway on the Gulf Coast.



Beyond your door, Long Island Village offers resort amenities for every pace, and South Padre Island's beaches are a short drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway.

Bathrooms

The home offers two full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower and a vanity. One serves the primary suite and the other is convenient to the guest room and living space. Fresh towels and bath essentials are provided.

The main-level living room is bright and beachy, with comfortable reclining sofas, a smart TV, tile floors, and a vaulted ceiling. Big windows pull in the light and the water views, and the space flows right into the dining area and kitchen so everyone stays together.

The full kitchen is well equipped for cooking in, with granite counters, white cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and a full lineup of appliances including a refrigerator, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The upstairs deck is the spot for coastal living, with room to dine, lounge in the shade, and watch the water and boats drift along the canal. Fire up the BBQ grill for an easy cookout, and enjoy covered parking and extra seating on the ground level beneath the home.

Your stay includes access to the amenities of Long Island Village, a gated resort community on the water. Take a dip in the outdoor pool or the indoor lap pool, soak in the indoor hot tubs, or work out in the fitness center. Stay active with tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and a mini golf course, then play a round on the 18-hole golf course. Indoors you will find a billiard room, a game room with foosball and table tennis, a library, and a rec hall with a full calendar of activities. Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, including the main living level, the king primary suite on the upper level, both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the in-unit washer and dryer, and the upstairs waterfront deck.



Please note this is a multi-level home: the living space is reached by an exterior staircase from the ground-level parking, and the king primary suite is up an additional flight of stairs. It is a wonderful fit for guests comfortable with stairs.



Self check-in is available via lockbox for a simple, flexible arrival. Long Island Village is a gated community; you will receive entry details before arrival and pick up your gate card and amenity wristbands at the Welcome Center.



Covered parking is available on the ground level beneath the home.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended. Long Island Village sits just across the swing bridge from Port Isabel, with South Padre Island a short drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway, and many guests get around the community by golf cart. Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport and Valley International Airport in Harlingen are each roughly an hour away.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• This is a multi-level home reached by an exterior staircase, with the primary suite up an additional flight of stairs.

• The canal and waterfront are not fenced, so please supervise children closely near the water.

• Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee.

• The minimum age to rent is 25.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• Please respect Long Island Village community rules, and pick up your gate card and amenity wristbands at the Welcome Center on arrival.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.

• Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.

• No smoking, parties, or events.
