We travelled with a family to Port Douglas and this accomodation was the BEST! We had so much fun in the pool and the location is great. Just a short drive to the Main Street. The beach is down the road for a morning stroll. 10/10 would stay here again.

The perfect start to our FNQ Christmas break.We had a group ranging in ages from 4 to 46 and this house was perfection. It was well equipped, the pool and backyard were so amazing and relaxingQuick walk to the nearby beach, cafe and tavern and a short drive to the town centreI will definitely be looking to stay here again

Our family of six adults enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space to spread out and the pool was nice and warm. Lovely clean and fresh bathrooms. My husband and I had the upstairs room which was lovely.

We absolutely loved staying in this tropical paradise. The heated pool was used frequently, and we really appreciated the outdoor area for evening dinners. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable; however, it is worth mentioning that one room is only accessible from the outside of the house and does not have its own bathroom. The master bedroom, which is also beautiful and has a great bathroom, is open to the downstairs living area with no separating wall.The beautiful beach was just a few minutes' stroll away, though the local neighbors advised us not to swim due to reports of crocodiles being seen close to shore. We also enjoyed having access to bikes for a nice ride along the beach. All in all, we highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. We had a fantastic time during our stay!

Great location but.....

After an initial hickup that was resolved quickly we had a great family holiday.The location is excellent, beach is literally at the end of the road.Accommodation was good but a little tired, house showing its age and could do with a little TLC, some lights not working, chairs with wobbly legs, weird layout, 4th bedroom is completely separate from the house, you need to go outside to enter the bedroom, would suit adults but not kids.Garden was lovely, pool great but definitely doesn't have a spa.Disappointingly the six bike's advertised were in poor condition, all had flat tyres, needing to be wheeled to the service station to inflate, no pump at the house, and two bikes were in disrepair and could not be ridden.Most disappointing was the lack of care and poor communication shown by the hosts, as I said the initial hickup was quickly resolved, nothing was done about the bikes despite asking for assistance with a resolution.We still had a great trip and the house was a good base, just could have been better.

Property good BUT no care for guests

Our 10 day stay was after cyclone jasper. Record rains, flooded the entire street, followed then 5 days without town water supply! During the stay we never heard from property owner to see how we were surviving & how they may be able to assist us with fresh linen, towels or even an offer of some complementary bottles of water to assist us. Care factor was ZERO! I initiated a message on day 6 to seek help with clean towels & change of sheets . The cleaner came straight around to provide towels but sheets were not possible! Thankfully we survived the ordeal despite the lack of customer service & duty of care.

Lovely holiday venue

The property had nearly everything we needed on holiday. The pool was awesome and the back yard provided privacy and is a beautiful setting. The house had some lovely touches of class and was very comfortable. The forth bedroom is an unusual feature with no direct access to the house requiring guests to access toilet facilities via the outside verandah during the night. There was a range of minor issues within the house due to a lack of maintenence which we advised the manager via email however had no response. Overall a great place to holiday which everyone who stayed agreed.

Amazing!!

Absolutely loved everything about this property. Location was great (short stroll to the beach, coffee, pizza), beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen very well equipped, fans and cooling in every room was a bonus and of course the swimming pool and backyard - brilliant. Loved our stay (7 adults) and will certainly be back when we can. Highly recommend.

Perfection!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for us and our three kids. The pool and backyard was beautiful and relaxing! The house had everything we needed and a generous amount of towels and basic essentials were endless. We will definitely be returning to this property on our next visit to Port Douglas.

Fantastic Holiday Home

As former locals of Port Douglas, we have been returning for years to holiday and hang out with old friends. This was by far the best accommodation we have stayed.
