Clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the canal and the wildlife there. Lots of amenities available like bikes, etc. kitchen very well stocked with cooking utensils. Fun ocean vibe for sure!!

Had a great stay with a few minor hiccups.

Overall we had a great stay. Having said that, there were a few minor issues that I’d like to address. The general cleanliness of the property was good with the exception of the bathrooms and kitchen. The attention to detail in these areas was definitely lacking. Some minor debris and dust could have been addressed prior to our arrival. Additionally the garage door remote was missing when we arrived and we had to wait until the following day to get a replacement. Lastly the water level in the pool was so low that the pump was air binding. I talked to the agent and was allowed to add water myself. Lastly, not that I’m a bedding snob, but the sheets in the main bedroom seemed old and worn.

Very Nice

House was nice. The backyard view was beautiful, and the heated pool was relaxing. Enjoyed bike riding the neighborhood with the included bicycles. Catching a myriad of fish from the dock was enjoyable for the quick fishing fix. Very quiet & peaceful area. The only drawback, (if you consider driving a drawback), the house was over 2.5 miles from the main road, so going to any store or restaurant is not a quick trip. Also, Ft Myers airport is an hour and a half away. Punta Gorda airport is a lot closer, about 45 minutes away, but unfortunately, this airport does not serve our home area.

Fabulous Home!

Our family of 4 stayed in this lovely home for spring break. Everything was perfect! The split floor plan was great for us. Master bedroom and en suite on one side of the home & kids each had their own bedroom and shared a bathroom. Kitchen was equipped with upscale appliances and plenty of plates, utensils, cookware, etc. Now let's talk about the lanai and pool! FABULOUS. Being from WI, I wasn't sure if we'd need the pool heat, but upon arrival, we decided to add it. The management company is VERY responsive. I emailed them the evening we arrived and pool heat was turned on the next morning. The teenage daughter loved the sun loungers, as did I. Lots of sun. We enjoyed dinner on the lanai some nights, but found some great local restaurants as well. My son and husband enjoyed fishing off the dock - and caught a couple. We also saw many birds and even an alligator swimming in the canal. The landscaping is lovely and well-maintained. There are two bikes that we enjoyed using throughout our stay. Also, plenty of beach chairs which were a nice touch for our trip to Stump Pass Beach. We strongly recommend this home. It's beautifully decorated and it was unique - unlike many of the area homes that all look the same - with sunny yellow exterior, bright blue roof and front porch with rocking chairs. There is a painting in the master w/ a scene of a home and beachy area....the home in the painting must have been the inspiration. Excellent stay!!
