     Well equipped, open kitchen with plenty of workspace, high-end stainless steel appliances,  roomy island breakfast bar and granite countertops.  

     Comfortable Bedrooms

     The Master bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size bed and the master bathroom features a walk-in shower and double vanity. Each guest bedroom features Queen size beds.

      Entertainment in Every Corner

     Enjoy the oversized lanai and pool while enjoying views of the waterway and wildlife.  With western exposure, you’ll get sun all day along with gorgeous nightly sunsets.

      This community is very active with bike lanes and walking trails. Truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida experience. South Gulf Cove has a boat put in at the park at the front of the community with a lovely park and a playground.

      This home has one television in the living room. No televisions in bedrooms.

      Dock: There are no bumpers on the dock, guests are welcome to tie their boat to the dock.

      Public Boat Ramp: The closest put-in is South Gulf Cove Park

Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.

BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning. Propane tank refills are not included, guests are welcome to swap the tank at the local convenience store when out.

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
