A great area to enjoy peace and privacy after spending the day at the beach, boating, or a nearby golf course.


Have your breakfast and morning coffee from the filtered coffemaker on the lanai as you plan your day! The kitchen opens to the living area and features solid counter tops with a breakfast bar, 4 bar stools, ample cabinets and pantry, dishwasher, microwave, range, and everything else you need for preparing, cooking, and serving your vacation meals. making this the perfect space for cooking and entertaining.

Hopefully you will not need any medical services during your stay, but if you do, we have a walk in clinic within 7 miles’ drive and the Englewood Community Hospital is only 11 miles’ drive away.


The area enjoys a location that is both secluded and tranquil. You can discover the "Real Florida" There are wildlife reserves where you can walk or bike, many wild animals are spotted in the community including Armadillos, Bob Cats and Wild Pigs. Alligators are plentiful in the canals and lakes.


For cyclists and joggers there is the "Rail/trail" a disused rail line to Boca Grande that runs adjacent to Rotonda.
